2018 Indoor: Placed in two events at the NSIC Indoor Championships, earning All-NSIC honors finishing third in the triple jump (47' 2 1/2") and was fourth in the long jump at season-best mark of 23' 0"...won the triple jump at the SDSU Division II Invitational (1/19/18) at 48' 1 3/4" and was third in the long jump at 22' 2 1/2"...named to the NSIC Winter All-Academic Team.
2017 Outdoor: Recorded pair of fourth place finishes at the NSIC Outdoor Championships in the long jump and triple jump...broke 29-year-old school mark in triple jump with leap of 49' 5 3/4" to place fourth and was also fourth in the long jump with season-best mark of 23' 5 1/2"...was first in the triple jump at four meets during the season...posted mark of 49' 1" to win UNK Last Chance Meet (5/14/17), 47' 3/4" to win Sioux City Relays, 48' 10 1/4" to take first at UNK Loper Invite and also won Wildcat Classic triple jump...was USTFCCCA All-Region with mark of 49' 5 3/4" in the triple jump.
2017 Indoor: Earned All-NSIC honors with a third place finish in the triple jump (48' 1/2") at the NSIC Indoor Championships...also placed seventh in the long jump with season-best mark of 22' 11 3/4"...tied 28-year-old school record in triple jump at 48' 4 1/2", taking first place at the Concordia Invite (2/10/17)...also won triple jump at Nebraska Tune-Up Meet (46' 11 1/2"), Minnesota State Open (47' 1/4") and SDSU DII Invite (46' 8 1/4").
2016 Outdoor: Placed sixth in the triple jump (46' 2") and 12th in the long jump (21' 10") at the NSIC Outdoor Championships in Sioux Falls...finished second in the triple jump (46' 5 1/4") and third in the long jump (20' 10 3/4") at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays (5/7/16)...won the triple jump at the Sioux City Relays (4/16/16) with top leap of 45' 1".
2016 Indoor: Finished 13th in the triple jump at the NSIC Indoor Championships with mark of 44' 1 1/4"...top season mark in the triple jump was 46' 6 3/4" to place fifth at SDSU Holiday Invite (12/5/15)...took first place in triple jump with mark of 46' 1/2" at Dakota Reality Alumni Meet in South Dakota (1/16/16)...season-best leap in long jump was 20' 10" to place eighth at Concordia Invite (2/12/16).
2015 Outdoor: Recorded top marks of 45' 9 3/4" in the triple jump and 20' 10 3/4" in the long jump at the Concordia Invitational (4/11/15)...finished third in the triple jump (45' 3 3/4") at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays (5/2/15)...placed 16th in the triple jump with a mark of 43' 2 1/2" at the NSIC Outdoor Championships.
2015 Indoor: Competed at seven meets in the long jump and triple jump...finished 12th in the triple jump (43' 6") at the NSIC Indoor Championships (2/27/15)...season-best mark in the triple jump was 44' 8 3/4" to place fifth at the Beile Doane College Classic (2/7/15)...posted top mark of 19' 1 1/2" in the long jump at the Minnesota State Open (1/24/15).
High School: Graduate of Grand Island Senior High School... was a two year letter winner in track and field... during senior season recorded top mark of 42' 3" in the triple jump... helped Islanders to conference championships in track as a junior and football as a senior.
