2016 Outdoor:  Collected All-NSIC honors with second place finish in the hammer throw at the NSIC Outdoor Championships with mark of 182' 1"...won hammer throw at two meets during the season - 177' 1" at South Dakota Twilight Meet (4/19/16) and 185' 3" at the Northern State Twilight Meet (4/22/16)...had season-best mark of 185' 9" to open outdoor season at Wildcat Classic (3/22/16)...named Most Valuable Field Athlete and named Male Athlete of the Year at Wayne State at season-ending Athletic Awards Banquet.

2016 Indoor:  Finished sixth at the NCAA Division II Indoor National Championships (3/11/16 in Pittsburg, Kansas) in the weight throw with a personal-best mark of 63' 5" to receive All-American honors...was NSIC champion in the weight throw winning the event by two inches on the last throw with mark of 61' 9 3/4"...won the weight throw at Minnesota State Open (1/23/16) at 62' 4 1/2" and Wildcat Open (1/30/16) with mark of 59' 5".

2015 Outdoor:  Earned All-NSIC honors with a third place finish in the hammer throw (175' 11") at the NSIC Outdoor Championships in Sioux Falls (5/9/15)...top mark during the season was 182' 0", an NCAA provisional mark, to place third at the Concordia Invite (4/11/15)...took first in the hammer throw at the Sioux City Relays (181' 8") and at the Minnesota State Twilight Meet (177' 6").

2015 Indoor:  Competed in the weight throw at nine meets during the indoor season, placing fifth at the NSIC Indoor Championships (2/27/15) with mark of 56' 7 1/2"...top mark during the season was 56' 11 1/2" at the South Dakota State Invitational (2/14/15), good for a third place finish and an NCAA provisional mark.

2014 Outdoor: Placed seventh in the hammer throw at the NSIC Outdoor Championships with mark of 157' 3"...had season best second place finish in the hammer throw at Prairie Wolf Outdoor Invite (4/18/14) with season best mark of 163' 11".

2014 Indoor: Placed sixth in the hammer throw at the NSIC Indoor Championships with an NCAA provisional mark and season-best throw of 56' 8 1/2"...took fifth at the USD Twilight Meet in the hammer throw with mark of 54' 10"...came in fourth place in the hammer throw at Wildcat Open on 1/25/14 with throw of 51' 3/4".

2013 Outdoor: Competed in the hammer throw placing third at the Vance Butler Invite with a throw of 165'6"...finished fifth at the NSIC Championships with a toss of 168'6".

2013 Indoor: Participated in the weight throw during freshman season at Wayne State College...had a season best mark of 51' 5" in the weight throw at the Concordia Indoor Invite to place 16th in the event.

High School:  Graduate of Hartington Public High School...helped team win the Class C-5 District track title as a senior in 2011.

Personal:  Majoring in criminal justice at Wayne State College.
