2023 Outdoor: Ran leg on seventh-place 4 x 100-meter relay team (43.05) at NSIC Outdoor Championships...posted season-best time of 11.28 seconds in 100-meter dash at season-opening Wildcat Classic (3/25/23)...took 14th in 100-meter dash at Mount Marty Twilight Meet (4/23/23) with time of 11.33 seconds and was 17th at USD Tuneup Meet (5/5/23) with identical time.
2023 Indoor: Ran season-best time of 7.09 in 60-meter dash to place fourth at Concordia Polar Dog Invite (1/21/23)...was sixth in 60-meter dash finals (7.12) at SDSU Last Chance Invite (2/18/23) and seventh at Mark Schuck/Minnesota State Open (1/28/23) in 7.16 seconds...was 24th in 60-meter dash at NSIC Indoor Track and Field Championships in Mankato with prelim time of 7.20 seconds.
High School: Graduate of West Holt High School...four year starter in football and track and field...placed third in the 100-meter dash (11.14) and 200-meter dash (22.62) as a senior at Class C State Track Meet...was a state qualifier in both events as a junior and ran leg on eighth place 400-meter relay team...in football, earned All-District honors three seasons and played in Sertoma 8-Man All-Star Game...also holds numerous lifting records for bench, squat, deadlift and vertical.
