2025 Indoor: Medaled in two events at NSIC Indoor Championships (3/1/25)...was sixth in the weight throw with personal best mark of 58' 9 1/2" and placed seventh in the shot put at 51' 8 1/4"...took first in the weight throw (56' 3 1/4") and second in the shot put (51' 11 1/4") at Mount Marty Invite (1/18/25)...placed first in the shot put (52' 5 1/2") and second in the weight throw (58' 1") at Concordia Classic (1/25/25)...had third place finish in weight throw (57' 8 1/2") and fifth in shot put (52' 10 3/4") at Mark Schuck/Minnesota State Open (2/1/25)...received NSIC All-Academic honors for a third straight year.
2024 Outdoor: Earned All-NSIC honors in hammer throw at NSIC Outdoor Championships placing third with career-best and NCAA provisional mark of 191' 9"...also finished 11th in shot put with top mark of 50' 7 1/4"...finished second in the hammer throw (182' 11") and fourth in shot put (48' 2 1/2") at Loper Invite (4/19/24)...threw season-best 50' 9 1/2" in shot put to place fourth at South Dakota Challenge (4/13/24)...had third-place finish in hammer throw (180' 7") at season-opening Wildcat Classic on 3/30/24...placed second in hammer throw at Sioux City Relays (4/12/24) at 173' 5"...selected to the NSIC Spring All-Academic Team.
2024 Indoor: Posted season-best mark of 53' 6.25" in the weight throw to place 12th at NSIC Indoor Championships...also finished 12th in shot put at NSIC Championships at 49' 8.5"...finished fifth at season opening SDSU Holiday Open (12/1/23) in shot put season-best mark of 53' 0.25"...took second place in shot put (50' 10") at Polar Dog Invite (1/19/24) and was third at Concordia Invite (2/9/24) with mark of 52' 2.5"...repeat selection to NSIC Winter All-Academic Team.
2023 Outdoor: Medaled in shot put at NSIC Outdoor Championships, placing sixth at 49' 11 3/4"...had season-best mark of 51' 3 1/2" in shot put at USD Early Bird Invite (4/8/23)...had third place finish in shot put (50' 5 1/2") at Sioux City Relays (4/14/23) and was fourth (51' 1 1/2") at Central Nebraska Challenge (4/1/23)...season-best mark in hammer throw was 171' 5" at Sioux City Relays to place fourth...named to NSIC Spring All-Academic Team.
2023 Indoor: Finished 11th in shot put (49' 11 1/4") and 21st in weight throw (48' 3/4") at NSIC Indoor Championships in Mankato...posted season-best mark of 50' 3/4" to place third in shot put at Concordia Classic (2/3/23)...season-best mark in weight throw was 48' 10 3/4" to place sixth at South Dakota Kickoff (1/14/23)...took sixth in shot put at Minnesota State Massive Meet #2 (2/11/23) with mark of 49' 9 3/4"...named to the NSIC Winter All-Academic Team.
2022 Outdoor: Recorded career-best mark of 49' 9 1/4" in shot put to place sixth at NSIC Track and Field Championships...had season-best mark of 142' 0" in hammer throw at Sioux City Relays (4/9/22)...finished fifth in shot put at Prairie Wolf Invite in Lincoln (4/28/22) at 47' 5 1/4"...was eighth in shot put with mark of 47' 3 3/4" at Loper Invite (4/15/22).
2022 Indoor: Competed in six meets...placed seventh in the shot put at the NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championships (2/25-26/22) with a season-best distance of 49' 1/2"...finished third in the shot put with a toss of 46' 4 3/4" and also placed eighth in the weight throw with a season-best distance of 46' 0 3/4" at the Lancer Last Chance (2/12/22)...had a top 10 finish in the shot put (47' 10 1/2") at the SDSU Last Chance (2/19/22), Mark Schuck Open & Multi (1/28-29/22) and the USD Alumni Track & Field Meet (2/5/22).
High School: Graduate of Aurora High School...Class B state qualifier in the discus (10
th – 143’ 3”) and the shot put (11
th – 49’ 9”) as a senior...helped the Huskies to the Class B runner-up finish in football during senior season and was an Academic All-State selection...personal bests for Elge are 54’ 7 ½” in the shot put and 146’ 11” in the discus.
