2025 Outdoor:  Recorded career-best mark of 55' 3" in shot put to place third and earn All-NSIC honors at NSIC Outdoor Championships in Duluth, Minnesota...made finals in discus and finished ninth at 156' 6"...had career-best throw of 166' 6" in discus to finish fourth at Maverick Open #1 Meet April 30th...had pair of second-place finishes at Sioux City Relays (4/11/25) with marks of 149' 0" in the discus and 53' 4 1/2" in shot put...had second-place finish in shot put (51' 0") at season-opening Wildcat Outdoor Classic (3/28/25)...was fifth in the discus (163' 3") and sixth in the shot put (51' 10") at USD Tune-Up Meet (5/3/25)...earned NSIC Spring All-Academic Team honors. 

2025 Indoor:  Earned fifth place medal in shot put at NSIC Indoor Championships (3/1/25) with mark of 52' 9 1/4"...had career best and new school record throw of 55' 2 1/4" in shot put to finish second at SDSU Last Chance Invite (2/21/25)...won the shot put at the Mount Marty Invite (1/18/25) with toss of 52' 1 1/4" and was second at the Concordia Classic (1/25/25) at 51' 11" and at WSC Wildcat Open (2/8/25) with mark of 53' 1 3/4"...received NSIC All-Academic Team honors. 

2024 Outdoor:  Scored points in two events at NSIC Outdoor Championships in Mankato...earned All-NSIC honors with third place finish in discus at 164' 9" and was fifth in shot put with top mark of 53' 7 3/4"...posted pair of second place finishes with season-best marks at South Dakota Invite (5/3/24) - 54' 9 1/4" in shot put and 165' 5" in disscus...took first place in the shot put (54' 5 1/2") at Sioux City Relays on 4/12/24...also won shot put at Loper Invite (4/19/24) at 54' 0" and was third in discus with top mark of 158' 9"...finished second in the shot put (53' 11") and was third in the discus (162' 5") at the Concordia Invite (4/6/24).

2024 Indoor: Earned sixth place medal in shot put with mark of 51' 11.75" at NSIC Indoor Championships...threw career-best mark of 48' 0.5" in weight throw at NSIC Indoor Championships...placed second in shot put with career-best toss of 52' 3.75" at Concordia Invite (2/9/24)...was third in shot put (51' 11.75") at SDSU Last Chance Invite (2/16/24)...placed fourth in shot put at Mark Schuck Open (1/26/24) at 50' 6".

2023 Outdoor:  Just missed placing in shot put at NSIC Outdoor Championships taking ninth at 49' 8 1/4" and was 11th in discus at 142' 1"...threw season-best 51' 3 1/2" in shot put to place fifth at Emporia State/Midwest Classic (4/23/23)...placed third in discus at Central Nebraska Challenge (4/1/23) with season-best toss of 152' 5" and was sixth in shot put (49' 11 1/4")...finished fifth in shot put at USD Tuneup (5/5/23) at 50' 10 3/4" and again at Sioux City Relays (4/14/23) with mark of 49' 10 1/2".

2023 Indoor:  Finished eighth in shot put at NSIC Indoor Track and Field Championships in Mankato with season-best mark of 50' 3 1/2"...was eighth in shot put at SDSU Holiday Open (12/3/22) with mark of 48' 3 1/4"...season-best mark in weight throw was 43' 11 3/4" to finish 10th at South Dakota Kickoff Meet (1/14/23)...took seventh in shot put at SDSU Last Chance Invite (2/18/23) with mark of 48' 1 3/4".

High School:  Graduate of Norfolk High School...two year starter in track and field and three years in football...placed fifth in shot put at Class A State Track Meet with personal best mark of 56' 2"...named Most Valuable Field Athlete in track as senior...voted best defensive lineman in football as a junior and senior...earned NCPA Academic All-State honors in football and track and field.
