2024 Outdoor: Finished fourth in the decathlon at NSIC Outdoor Championships in Mankato with 6,091 points...took first in the discus (127' 1") and was second in the shot put (39' 4") and 110-meter high hurdles (15.56) for top finishes in 10-event competition...cleared career-best 12' 11 1/2" in pole vault at Mount Marty Twilight Meet on 4/24/24...had career-best throw of 137' 4" in discus at South Dakota Challenge (4/13/24) to place ninth...earned NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors.
2024 Indoor: Collected All-NSIC honors with third place finish in heptathlon at NSIC Indoor Championships scoring 4730 points...won the shot put (41' 1.75") and was second in long jump (22' 2.25")...also had third place finish in heptathlon scoring 4705 points at Mark Schuck Open (1/26/24)...received NSIC All-Academic of Excellence honors.
2023 Outdoor: Won the NSIC decathlon with 6,308 points at NSIC Outdoor Championships in St. Paul, Minnesota winning four of the 10 events - 100 meter dash (11.23), long jump (21' 10 3/4"), 110 meter high hurdles (15.62) and discus (122' 3")...also ran leg on seventh place 4 x 100-meter relay team (43.05)...placed seventh in 400-meter hurdles at Sioux City Relays (4/14/23) in 59.28 seconds...cleared season-best 12' 6 1/4" in pole vault to place 11th at USD Tuneup Meet (5/5/23).
2023 Indoor: Earned All-NSIC honors with third place finish in heptathlon with NCAA provisional mark 4,719 points at NSIC Indoor Championships in Mankato...was fifth in heptathlon scoring 4,625 points at Mark Schuck/Minnesota State Open (1/27-28/23)...ran season-best time of 8.58 in 60-meter hurdles to place eighth at SDSU Last Chance Invite (2/18/23).
Before Wayne State: Attended Garden City CC in Kansas for three years...earned All-American honors in decathlon at 2022 NJCAA Nationals with fifth place finish scoring 6,255 points...during 2022 indoor season was 10th in heptathlon with 4,507 points...also earned Academic honors three times at Garden City CC.
