2026 Outdoor: Participated in four meets during outdoor season...ran leg on eighth-place 4 x 400-meter relay team (3:20.42) at NSIC Outdoor Championships...posted season-best 400-meter dash time of 50.40 seconds for 10th-place finish at South Dakota Challenge (May 2)...had third-place finish in 400-meter dash (51.05) at Mount Marty Twilight Meet April 22nd.
2026 Indoor: Competed in six meets...ran season best 400-meter time at WSC NCAA Showdown (1/24/26) in 50.97 seconds...at WSC Wildcat Invite (2/6/26) raced 200-meter dash in 23.02 seconds...posted fourth place finish in 400-meter dash in 51.12 seconds at Concordia Invite (2/14/26).
High School: Graduate of Millard North High School...letter winner in track and field...ran lead-off leg on seventh-place 4 x 400 meter relay team at Class A State Track Meet in 2025...also qualified for state in 400-meter dash and was 13th in 50.89 seconds.
