2025 Outdoor:  Earned sixth place medal in hammer throw with mark of 172' 0" at NSIC Outdoor Championships in Duluth, Minnesota...had career-best toss of 148' 10" in the discus to place 14th and was 24th in shot put at 47' 4 1/2" (season-best mark)...had career-best mark of 180' 5" in hammer throw at Maverick Open #1 (4/30/25) to place fifth...was third in the hammer throw (170' 9") and fourth in the shot put (44' 5 1/2") at Loper Invitational on April 19th...posted third place finish in hammer throw at Sioux City Relays (4/11/25) with top mark of 173' 7"...named to NSIC Spring All-Academic Team. 

2025 Indoor: Qualified for NSIC Indoor Championships in the shot put and weight throw...had career best mark of 51' 4 1/4" in weight throw to finish 20th...placed fifth in the shot put (45' 8") and was sixth in the weight throw (49' 8 1/4") at Mount Marty Invite (1/18/25)...had seventh place finish in shot put at Concordia Classic (1/25/25) with mark of 44' 6 1/4"...finished eighth in weight throw (49' 3/4") at SDSU Holiday Open (12/6/24)...received NSIC All-Academic Team Honors.

2024 Outdoor:  Sat out season as medical redshirt...named to NSIC Spring All-Academic Team.

2024 Indoor: Redshirted...named to NSIC Winter All-Academic Team.

2023 Outdoor:  Earned fifth place medal in hammer throw at NSIC Outdoor Championships with mark of 169' 9"...had season-best mark of 172' 11" in hammer throw to place third at Sioux City Relays (4/14/23)...posted season-best mark in shot put of 46' 4 3/4" at USD Tuneup (5/5/23) to place ninth...finished fourth in shot put (46' 1/2") at Central Nebraska/UNK Challenge (4/1/23)...took seventh in hammer throw (164' 0") at USD Tuneup (5/5/23).

2023 Indoor:  Threw personal-best marks of 48' 5 1/2" in shot put and 50' 6 1/4" in weight throw at NSIC Indoor Championships in Mankato...was seventh in the weight throw (50' 5 1/2") and eighth in shot put (46' 9") at SDSU Last Chance Invite (2/18/23)...placed seventh in weight throw (48' 9 1/2") at South Dakota Kickoff Meet (1/14/23).

High School:  Graduate of Hartington-Newcastle High School...multi sport standout in football, basketball and track and field...Class C state qualifier in four events as a senior - 100 and 200-meter dashes, shot put and 1600-meter relay...set new school record in shot put (51' 8")...in basketball was an All-Lewis and Clark Conference First Team selection as a junior and seninor...averaged 18.6 points per game during senior season and scored 1,040 points in career...on the football field was All-District three seasons and All-State honorable mention as a junior and senior...holds school records for receiving yards in a game, season and career.
