2025 Outdoor:  Collected fourth-place medal in hammer throw at NSIC Outdoor Championships in Duluth, Minnesota at 187' 9"...also competed in discus and was 19th overall with top mark of 135' 11"...took first place in the hammer throw at the Maverick Open #1 Meet (4/30/25) at 191' 1" and had another first place finish at the Sioux City Relays (4/11/25) with mark of 190' 7"...posted career-best marks of 192' 1" in the hammer throw (second) and 156' 2" in the discus (fourth) at the Mount Marty Twilight Meet (4/23/25)...had pair of second place finishes in the discus (155' 2") and hammer throw (178' 2") at the Concordia Invite on April 5th...earned NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors.  

2025 Indoor: Took first in the weight throw (58' 8") and was third in the shot put (48' 1 1/4") - both season best marks - at the Concordia Classic (1/25/25)...qualified in both events at the NSIC Indoor Championships, finished 20th in the shot put at 47' 1 3/4"...finished fifth in the weight throw (56' 9 1/2") and seventh in the shot put (47' 9 3/4") at WSC Wildcat Open (2/8/25)...was fourth in weight throw at SDSU Last Chance Invite (2/21/25) at 56' 1 1/4"...received NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence Honors.

2024 Outdoor:  Finished fourth in shot put (43' 4 1/2") and was sixth in discus with season-best mark of 149' 8" at Loper Invite (4/19/24)...was fourth in the hammer throw (165' 8") and eighth in the discus (143' 4") at Dakota State Twilight Meet on 4/23/24...competed in discus and hammer throw at NSIC Outdoor Championships, placing 22nd in hammer throw at 154' 8"...finished sixth in the hammer throw at 164' 2" and was seventh in shot put at 43' 11 3/4" at Sioux Citty Relays (4/12/24).

2024 Indoor: Posted season-best mark of 54' 1" in the weight throw to place 10th at NSIC Indoor Championships...season-best throw in shot put was 44' 3.5" at SDSU Holiday Open (12/1/23)...placed sixth in weight throw at 51' 9" in the SDSU Last Chance Invite (2/16/24)...finished ninth in weight throw at Polar Dog Invite (1/19/24) with mark of 50' 8".

High School:  Graduate of Elkhorn High School...three year starter/letterwinner in track and field and two years in football...earned sixth place medal in Class B shot put as a senior with mark of 53' 8"...was a state qualifier in shot put and discus as a junior, taking 12th in the shot put (50' 5 1/4") and 14th in discus (140' 4")...was Class B medalist in discus as a sophomore taking sixth at 145' 8"...in football earned All-Eastern Midlands Conference honors and All-State honorable mention to go with Academic All-State honors.
