2026 Outdoor: Participated in javelin and 400-meter intermediate hurdles...was 11th in prelims of 400-meter intermediate hurdles at NSIC Outdoor Championships with season-best time of 54.94 seconds...posted season-best mark of 140' 1" in javelin throw at Wildcat Classic (March 27th) to finish 12th overall...was second-place in 400-meter hurdles at Wildcat Classic March 28th in a time of 57.54 seconds...placed fourth in 400-meter hurdles at USD Snooze Button Classic April 8th in 56.11 seconds...had fifth-place finishes in 400 hurdles at Loper Invite April 19th (55.05) and at Sioux City Relays April 11th in 55.69 seconds.

High School: Graduate of Westwood High School in Iowa...started two or more years in track, football, basketball and baseball...placed in three events as a senior in Class 1A State Track Meet...was sixth in the 400 hurdles (55.53) and ran legs on third place 4 x 110 shuttle hurdle relay and 4 x 400 relay...as a junior placed third at the Class 1A State Track meet in the 400-meter hurdles in 54.40 seconds, was 12
