2025 Outdoor:  Competed in hammer throw at five events...had season-best mark of 157' 2" at the USD Tune-Up Meet (5/3/25)...was 11th at the Loper Invitational (4/19/25) with top throw of 154' 8" and placed 14th in Wildcat Outdoor Classic (3/28/25) at 155' 8"...qualified for NSIC Outdoor Championships and was 27th (149' 2").

2025 Indoor: Had career best mark of 50' 8 1/4" in weight throw at SDSU Last Chance Invite (2/21/25)...had season best eighth place finish in weight throw at Concordia Classic (1/25/25) with mark of 49' 1 1/2"...took 10th in weight throw at SDSU Indoor Classic (2/14/25) at 50' 6 3/4"...qualified for NSIC Indoor Championships in weight throw and had top mark of 48' 10 1/4".

2024 Outdoor:  Recorded sixth place finish in shot put with career-best mark of 46' 3/4" while also taking ninth in hammer throw (150' 4") at Sioux City Relays on 4/12/24...finished fifth in hammer throw (148' 7") and was seventh in the shot put (41' 10 3/4") at Loper Invite (4/19/24)...had season-best mark of 157' 6" in hammer throw at NSIC Outdoor Championships.

2024 Indoor: Posted season-best marks in shot put (44' 3.5") and weight throw (49' 3") at NSIC Indoor Championships...was 11th in the shot put (43' 5") and 12th in the weight throw (47' 7.25") at SDSU Last Chance Invite (2/16/24).

2023 Outdoor:  Had season-best mark of 142' 8" in hammer throw to place 11th at Mount Marty Twilight Meet (4/26/23)...finished 13th in shot put (41' 3") and 16th in hammer throw (140' 9") at Sioux City Relays (4/14/23)...season-best mark in shot put was 41' 10 1/2" at Central Nebraska Challenge (4/1/23)...placed 26th in hammer throw (131' 3") at NSIC Outdoor Championships.

2023 Indoor:  Participated at six meets in shot put and weight throw...had season-best mark of 43' 5 3/4" in weight throw to place 13th at SDSU Last Chance Invite (2/18/23)...season-best mark in shot put was 42' 2 1/4" at Mark Schuck/Minnesota State Open (1/28/23)...season-best finish was eighth in shot put at South Dakota Kickoff Meet (1/14/23) at 39' 5 3/4". 

High School:  Graduate of Allen High School...lettered four years in football, basketball and track and field for the Eagles...in football, was an All-District selection three seasons and helped Allen reach Class D2 playoffs four years...All-State honorable mention in football and played in Northeast Nebraska All-Star Football Game following senior season...averaged nearly 10 points a game in basketball...placed in shot put at every meet during junior season.
