2024 Outdoor:  Placed fourth in 110-meter high hurdles at NSIC Outdoor Championships in Mankato with time of 14.37 seconds...ran wind-aided career-best time of 14.25 in prelims and was on ninth place 4 x 100-meter relay team...took first place in 110-meter high hurdles at Sioux City Relays (4/12/24) with time of 14.80 seconds and was first at Mount Marty Twilight Meet (4/24/24) in 14.57 seconds...was second place (14.55) in 110-meter high hurdles at Loper Invite on 4/19/24...placed fourth in 110-meter high hurdles at South Dakota Invite (5/3/24) with time of 14.49 seconds...earned NSIC Spring All-Academic Team honors.

2024 Indoor: Finished fifth in 60-meter hurdles at NSIC Indoor Championships with new school record time of 8.08 seconds...broke school record three different times during indoor season...ran 8.19 seconds to place fourth at Mark Schuck Open (1/26/24)...broke record again with time of 8.17 seconds in prelims at NSIC Indoor Championships...won 60-meter hurdles at Polar Dog Invite (1/19/24) in 8.44 seconds...placed second (8.21) at Concordia Invite (2/9/24) and at SDSU Last Chance Invite (2/16/24) with identical time...named to NSIC Winter All-Academic Team.

2023 Outdoor:  Earned All-NSIC honors with third place finish in 110-meter high hurdles (14.75 seconds) at NSIC Outdoor Championships in St. Paul, Minnesota...took second in 110-meter high hurdles in 14.87 seconds at Central Nebraska Challenge (4/1/23)...was fourth at USD Early Bird Invite (4/8/23) with wind-aided time of 14.64 seconds...placed third at Sioux City Relays (4/14/23) in 110-meter high hurdles in 14.98 seconds and was fifth at USD Tuneup Meet (5/5/23) in 15.22 seconds.

2023 Indoor:  Placed eighth in 60-meter hurdles at NSIC Indoor Championships in Mankato with time of 8.38 seconds...recorded season-best time of 8.28 seconds in prelims at NSIC Championships...took second in 60-meter hurdles at Concordia Classic (2/3/23) in 8.29 seconds...also placed second at SDSU Last Chance Invite (2/18/23) with time of 8.32 seconds...had third place finishes at South Dakota Kickoff Meet (1/14/23) at 8.52 seconds and at Concordia Polar Dog Invite (1/21/23) in 8.62 seconds.

High School:  Graduate of O'Neill High School...four year starter in track and field and two years in basketball...placed fourth in Class B 110 hurdles during senior season in 15.08 seconds...was a Class B state qualifier as a junior in 110 hurdles - #4 qualifier at 14.91 seconds - and district champion...earned All-State honorable mention in basketball...averaged 10.5 points and 7.9 rebounds per game during senior season.
