2026 Indoor: Ran a leg on the distance medley relay at NSIC Indoor Championship placing seventh in a time of 10:45.87...had a first place finish at WSC NCAA Showdown (1/24/26) in the 1000-meter run in a time of 2:37.95...ran a season best mile in 4:34.56 at WSC Wildcat Invite (2/6/26)...opened season with a fifth place finish in the one mile run of 4:43.68.

High School:  Graduate of Baxter High School in Iowa...was a four-year starter/letter winner in cross country and track and field...was a three-time Class 1A state qualifier in cross country and placed eighth as a senior with time of 16:29.2...in track and field posted pair of third-place finishes at 1A State Track Meet - 4:21.35 in 1,600-meter run and 9:32.52 in 3,200-meter run...as a junior took 10th in the 3,200-meter run (9:59.52) and was 12th in the 1,600-meter run with a time of 4:34.40...has earned All-State honors in cross country and is a four-time All-Iowa Star South Conference selection.
