2025 Outdoor:  Had career-best toss of 176' 4" in hammer throw to place seventh at Mount Marty Twilight Meet (4/23/25)...was 14th in the javelin throw (137' 5") and 15th in the hammer throw (164' 10") at NSIC Outdoor Championships in Duluth, Minnesota (May 9-10)...threw season-best 154' 7" in javelin throw at South Dakota Challenge (4/12/25) to place sixth...had season-best fourth place finish in hammer throw (169' 3") at Loper Invitational on April 19th...placed sixth in hammer throw at Sioux City Relays (4/11/25) at 168' 0"...earned NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors.  

2025 Indoor: Posted career best mark of 51' 11" in the weight throw to finish 9th at SDSU Last Chance Invite (2/21/25)...qualified in weight throw at NSIC Indoor Championships and placed 23rd at 50' 11"...was 11th in weight throw at Mount Marty Invite (1/18/25) with mark of 45' 3"...received NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence.

2024 Outdoor:  Had career-best mark of 169' 2" in javelin throw to place 10th at NSIC Outdoor Championships in Mankato...also finished 12th in hammer throw at 167' 1"...took first place in the hammer throw (163' 9") and was eighth in discus (134' 1") at Loper Invite (4/19/24)...was third in hammer throw at Sioux City Relays (4/12/24) with mark of 165' 6"...recorded season-best mark of 168' 0" in hammer throw to place ninth at South Dakota Challenge (4/13/24)...finished fifth in javelin throw (148' 11") at Dakota State Twilight on 4/23/24...received NSIC Spring All-Academic honors.

2024 Indoor: Recorded career-best mark of 50' 8" in the weight throw to finish seventh at SDSU Last Chance Invite (2/16/24)...was 12th in the shot put at 44' 11" in the Concordia Invite (2/9/24)...threw season-best mark of 45' 2.25" in the shot put at NSIC Indoor Championships...earned NSIC All-Academic Team honors.

2023 Outdoor:  Threw season-best 146' 4" in hammer throw at Emporia State/Midwest Classic (4/23/23)...top mark in discus was 140' 3" at USD Early Bird Invite (4/8/23)...finished 11th in discus (139' 6") and 13th in shot put (41' 5") at Mount Marty Twilight Meet (4/26/23)...season-best mark in shot put was 41' 10 3/4" at Central Nebraska Challenge (4/1/23)...was 20th in hammer throw (140' 7") and 32nd in discus (111' 0") at NSIC Outdoor Championships in St. Paul, Minnesota.

2023 Indoor:  Competed in shot put and weight throw at all eight meets...had season-best shot put mark of 46' 1 1/2" to place fifth at South Dakota Kickoff (1/14/23)...top mark of 48' 0" in weight throw at Concordia Polar Dog Invite (1/21/23)...threw 138' 7" in discus at SDSU Holiday Open (12/3/22)...took 10th in weight throw (46' 11") and 12th in shot put (44' 6") at SDSU Last Chance Invite (2/18/23)...finished 23rd in weight throw (46' 10") and 28th in shot put (43' 7 3/4") at NSIC Indoor Championships in Mankato.
