2017 Indoor: Scored points in two events at NSIC Indoor Championships - placed seventh in the 1,000-meter run (2:36.99) and ran leg on eighth place distance medley relay team...ran career-best time of 2:36.22 in prelims of 1,000-meter run at NSIC Indoor Championships (2/24/17)...top time in 800-meter run was 2:01.58 at SDSU DII Invite (1/20/17) and top time in mile run was 4:34.31 to place fourth at USD Last Chance Meet (2/17/17)...received NSIC/Myles Brand All-Academic With Distinction Award and was repeat selection to the NSIC Winter All-Academic Team.
2016 Outdoor: Just missed placing in the 1,500 meter run at NSIC Outdoor Championships with time of 4:06.18...took first place in the 1,500 meter run at Jim Dutcher Doane College Relays with time of 4:05.81 and was fourth at the Sioux City Relays (4/15/16) with season-best time of 4:01.30...top time in the 800 meter run was 1:56.16 at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays...selected to the NSIC Spring All-Academic Team.
2016 Indoor: Ran leg on seventh place distance medley relay team at NSIC Indoor Championships...also placed 13th in the one mile run (4:31.89) at NSIC Indoor Championships...had season-best time of 4:26.01 at the SDSU Indoor Classic (2/13/16)...placed third in the 3,000 meter run at Fred Beile Classic (2/6/16) with time of 9:17.15...named to NSIC Winter All-Academic Team.
2015 Outdoor: Competed in just one meet, placing 10th in the 1,500 meter run (4:12.55) at the Wildcat Classic on March 28th.
2015 Indoor: Received medical redshirt.
Before Wayne State: Competed two years at Iowa Western Community College... he was a national indoor qualifier as a freshman in the 1000 meter run and as a sophomore in 2014 was a national outdoor qualifier in the 1500 meter run... also excelled in the classroom earning Academic All-American honors at IWCC.
High School: Graduate of Omaha North High School... was a state qualifier in both track and cross country... also lettered three years in swimming.
