2016 Outdoor: Finished 17th in the 400 hurdles with time of 59.29 seconds at the NSIC Outdoor Championships...top time in 400 hurdles was 57.41 to place ninth at Sioux City Relays (4/16/16)...posted season-best time of 54.36 in the 400 meter dash at Kip Janvrin Open (4/28/16)...finished fourth in the 400 hurdles at the Wildcat Classic (3/22/16) with time of 59.32 seconds.

2016 Indoor:  Ran leg on seventh place 4 x 400 meter relay team at NSIC Indoor Championships while also placing 21st in the 400 meter dash (52.94)...ran season-best times of 7.51 in the 60 meter dash and 23.52 in the 200 meter dash at the SDSU Holiday Invite (12/5/15)...top 400 meter dash time was 52.25 at the Nebraska Tune-up Open (2/19/16).

High School:  Graduate of Ogallala High School...three sport standout in football, wrestling and track and field...as a senior, was a Class B state qualifier in the 110 hurdles and placed sixth in the 300 hurdles with a time of 40.11 seconds...was a three time Class B state qualifier in 300 hurdles and two time state qualifier in 110 hurdles...named Class C-1 honorable mention All-State in football and was a Class B state qualifier in wrestling.
