2023 Outdoor: Placed 14th in hammer throw (155' 4") at NSIC Outdoor Championships in St. Paul, Minnesota...posted season-best mark of 168' 7" in hammer throw to place sixth at Sioux City Relays (4/14/23)...placed eighth at season-opening Wildcat Classic (3/25/23) in hammer throw at 166' 11"...took ninth in hammer throw (162' 0") at Emporia State/Midwest Classic (4/23/23).
2023 Indoor: Threw career best 53' 10 1/2" in weight throw to place eighth at Mark Schuck/Minnesota State Open (1/28/23)...had season-best fifth place finish in weight throw at South Dakota Kickoff Meet (1/14/23) at 51 1/4" and was sixth at Concordia Polar Dog Invite (1/21/23) with mark of 53' 6 1/2"...finished 20th in weight throw at NSIC Indoor Championships at 48' 3 1/4".
2022 Outdoor: Competed in eight meets in throwing events...finished 11th in hammer throw at the NSIC Outdoor Championships with a season-best mark of 155' 7"...finished 11th in the hammer throw with a distance of 146' 9" at the Sioux City Relays (4/9/22)...had second best mark of the season in the hammer throw with a 149' 11" at the USD Twilight (5/6/22).
2022 Indoor: Competed in five meets...placed seventh in the shot put with a season-best distance of 42' 9 3/4" and 11th in the weight throw with a mark of 40' 10 1/4" at the Lancer Last Chance (2/12/22)...finished 18th in the weight throw with a season-best distance of 45' 1 3/4" at the USD Alumni Track & Field Meet (2/5/22).
High School: Graduate of Grand Island Northwest High School...was a Class B state qualifier in the discus as a senior (13
th – 139’ 6”) and had one of the best marks in the state in the shot put, fifth all-class at 56’ 4 ½”...Sindelar’s personal bests include 56’ 4 ½” in the shot put and 148’ 2” in the discus.
