Biography

2025:  Voted All-NSIC First Team as relief pitcher and named NCBWA All-Central Region Second Team after leading NSIC in saves with 10...had 2-1 record on mound in 17 appearances with team-low 2.61 ERA and tied his own single-season school record (2023) with 10 saves...pitched 20.2 innings and had 20 strikeouts, allowing 18 hits and six earned runs with eight walks...six of his 10 saves were in one-run Wildcat wins...made 46 starts at third base and posted .297 batting average with five home runs and 32 RBI with nine multi-hit games...pitched season-high 2.2 innings of relief vs. Minnesota Duluth at NSIC Tournament (5/7/25), striking out five batters to earn win in 9-8 10 inning win...had streak of four straight saves from March 27-April 12 vs. UMary twice, Minnesota Duluth and Concordia-St. Paul...had saves in both games of Sioux Falls doubleheader April 23rd...earned win with 1 2/3 innings of hitless relief in 6-3 11-inning win at Northern State (4/26/25)...at the plate, had three consecutive three-hit games vs. Winona State twice and Minnesota Duluth in NSIC Tournament...went 2 for 4 with a pair of homers and three RBI in 6-3 win vs. Concordia-St. Paul (4/12/25)...was 2 for 5 with a homer, double and three RBI in 16-8 home win vs. Minnesota Duluth (4/6/25)...had 3 for 4 game with homer and two RBI vs. UC-Colorado Springs (2/1/25)...named to NSIC Spring All-Academic Team. 

2024: 
Named All-NSIC Second Team as a relief pitcher after leading NSIC with seven saves...also started 32 games at third base until suffering wrist injury April 24th at Sioux Falls...on the mound, had 2-2 record with 5.40 ERA in 18 appearances and two starts with seven saves...became Wayne State's all-time saves leader in 4-1 win at Sioux Falls April 24th...pitched season-high four innings in start vs. Holy Family (Pa.) on 3/9/24, allowing just one run to earn win...pitched two innings of hitless relief with three strikeouts in 5-4 win over Southwest Minnesota State (4/10/24)...posted two saves in NSIC Tournament, striking out season-high four batters in two innings to seal 4-3 win over Minnesota Crookston (5/9/24)...worked 1 1/3 innings of scoreless relief in 3-2 NSIC Tournament win over St. Cloud State (5/8/24)...at the plate, had a .262 batting average with two home runs and 25 RBI recording six multi-hit games...was 2 for 2 with a home run, two RBI and two runs scored in 10-4 win over Minnesota Crookston (2/21/24)...hit three-run homer vs. #22 Grand Valley State (3/10/24)...went 3 for 4 with double and three RBI vs. Minot State (3/29/24)...also went 3 for 4 with a triple and three RBI in 13-7 win over Minot State (3/30/24).

2023:  Started 45 games at third base, batting .319 with 11 doubles, two triples, one homer and 27 RBIs...also appeared in team-high 21 games as relief pitcher and posted 2-1 record with 10 saves and team-best 2.16 ERA...10 saves tied single season school record with Kyle Kennebeck in 2017...earned win on mound in first collegiate appearance at Missouri S&T (2/19/23), pitching four hitless innings of relief with three strikeouts in 2-1 win...worked season-long 5 2/3 innings of relief vs. Minot State (4/12/23), striking out seven batters in 13-12 10-inning win...earned saves in four straight outings vs. Winona State, Concordia-St. Paul (2) and at Sioux Falls...at the plate had 13 multi-hit games and ended season on nine-game hitting streak...went 5 for 8 with three RBI in Winona State doubleheader (4/18/23)...was 4 for 8 with two doubles and eight RBI in Bemidji State series...was 2 for 4 with solo homer and two runs scored in 13-12 win over Minot State...named Most Valuable Player on the team.

High School:  Graduate of Millard South High School...four year letter winner in baseball and three years in basketball...named Lincoln Journal Star Super State Second Team and Omaha World Herald Class A All-State honorable mention during senior season...posted .316 batting average as a senior in high school with two homers, 34 RBI and 34 runs scored helping team to Class A runner up finish with 26-10 record...as a pitcher went 4-1 with a 3.90 ERA and one save, striking out 46 batters in 37.2 innings pitched...as a junior helped team to Class A state title with 35-5 record, recording .314 average with eight doubles, 36 hits, 35 runs and 28 RBI...on the hill had a 3-1 record and 2.97 ERA in eight appearances, pitching 37.2 innings and allowing 37 hits and 16 earned runs with 29 strikeouts...excelled in the classroom earning Academic All-State honors in basketball and baseball.
