Biography

2021-22: Played and started in 23 games...named NSIC South Division Player of the Year...selected to the NSIC All-Conference First Team and was NSIC Player of the Week (12/6/21) where she averaged 28.5 points, 4.5 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 2.0 steals vs. SMSU and at Sioux Falls...finished the season averaging 20.1 points per game, leading the NSIC and 13th in all of Division II...was the only player that averaged over 20 points per game in the NSIC and just the third player in WSC history to average over 20 points per game...was 124-162 (.765) from the free throw line ranking first in free throws made and attempted in the NSIC...averaged 1.9 3-pointers per game, ranking eighth in the NSIC while shooting (.391) from 3-point range, had 1.4 steals per game which ranked 24th in the NSIC and shot (.455) from the field ranking ninth in the NSIC...recorded a career high 31 points against both Sioux Falls (12/4/21) and Winona State (12/17/21)...had 29 points on 10-15 shooting (5-8 3-pointers) and was 4-4 from the free throw line vs. Winona State (2/5/22)...credited with 24 points and matched a career high with nine rebounds while also going 11-15 at the free throw line vs. Augustana (11/23/21)...recorded double figure points in 21 of the 23 games, had 20 or more points in 12 of the 23 games, had a five-game streak with 23 or more points from (1/21/22-2/5/22) and scored 25 or more points in nine games...became 23rd player in school history to score 1,000 points...Myles Brand All-Academic with Distinction...named to the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence for a third straight year...CoSIDA Academic All-District VII First Team and CoSIDA Academic All-American Third Team...named Bob Cunningham Female Scholar Athlete of the Year at Wayne State and Female Athlete of the Year at Ameritas Athletic Honors Banquet (5/2/22).

2020-21: Played in all 16 games with eight starts, averaging 9.8 points and 4.5 rebounds per contest... scored double figures in eight games including two games of 20 points...shot 37.2% from the field (48-129), 26% from the three point line (12-46) and 76.2% at the free throw line (48-63)...scored 20 points each in back to back games vs. Concordia-St. Paul (1/9/21) and at Minnesota State (1/16/21) where she was a combined 17-19 at the free throw line in the two games...matched career high with nine rebounds to go with 17 points vs Southwest Minnesota State (2/13/21)... tied career high with five assists vs SMSU (2/12/21)...repeat selection to the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence.

2019-20: Appeared in all 29 games off the bench as a reserve guard, averaging 8.3 points and 3.2 rebounds a game...shot 43.5 percent (81-186) from the field, 41 percent (25-61) from 3-point range and 81.4 percent (57-70) at the charity stripe...had 12 games with 10 or more points, including three games of 20 or more...named NSIC South Division Player of the Week on December third, after scoring 21 points with eight rebounds in 80-76 win over Augustana (11/30/19)...had season high 22 points on 7 of 8 shooting at Concordia-St. Paul (1/25/20)...scored 20 points on 7 of 13 shooting at Black Hills State (11/23/19)...scored 12 points and grabbed career high nine rebounds at Augustana (12/21/19)...received NSIC All-Academic of Excellence honors.

2018-19: Saw action in all 30 games as a reserve guard, averaging 7.5 points and 3.1 rebounds per contest...tied for 14th in the NSIC averaging 2.7 assists per game, shooting 43.2% from the field and 62.7% at the free throw line...tied for second on the team in assists (80) and was third in steals (36)...scored double figures in 10 games, highlighted by season high 19 points with five assists vs. Minnesota Crookston (12/16/18)...had 17 points, including 5 of 7 from the 3-point line, with season high six steals vs. Upper Iowa (1/12/19)...had 15 points with five assists and four steals vs. Peru State (11/24/18).

High School: Graduate of Wayne High School...was a multi-sport standout in volleyball, basketball and track...averaged 20.7 points, 5.7 rebounds and 4.0 assists per game her senior season, earning All-Mid States Conference and Norfolk Daily News Elite 8 honors along with Class C-1 honorable mention All-State...holds school record for points in season (539), free throws made in a season (122) and shooting percentage in a season (54%)...was the state leader in scoring as a junior, averaging 20.2 points per game to earn Lincoln Journal State Class C-1 Second Team All-State honors...ended high school career with 1,589 points, 283 assists and 269 steals...in track and field, was an eight-time Class B medalist in jumps and sprints...placed second in triple jump (36' 9 1/2") and sixth in long jump (16' 11") during senior season...was an All-Mid States Conference selection three years in volleyball along with honorable mention Class C-1 All-State honors.
