Biography

2026:  Earned All-NSIC First Team honors at pitcher/utility after standout junior season...in the circle posted 15-6 record in 25 games and 21 starts with 2.09 ERA, striking out 171 batters in just 107.1 innings pitched...had five complete games with four shutouts and one combined shutout, ranking fourth in the NSIC in opponent batting average (.195) and strikeouts and eighth in wins and ERA...at the plate recorded .324 batting average in 51 games with 19 starts at designated player and 12 at shortstop producing five homers and 37 RBI...fired no-hitter April 24th in 14-0 win over UMary, striking out 10 batters and walking two...had career-high 14 strikeouts, allowing just one hit in 3-0 win over Ashland March 8th...notched 10 strikeouts in six innings, allowing just five hits in 3-0 win over Concordia-St. Paul April 4th...at the plate had 12 multi-hit games and had longest hit streak on the team at 12 consecutive games (Feb. 7-Feb. 28)...went 2 for 3 with homer, double and four RBI in 11-1 win over Minnesota Crookston March 28th...had 5 for 6 day with six RBI in sweep at Jamestown May 3rd...homered in three straight games vs. Bemidji State, Minnesota Crookston and MSU Moorhead...received NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors and was voted to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team. 

2025:  Named All-NSIC Second Team after starting 54 of 55 games (37-shortstop, 17-pitcher) for the Wildcats...hit .273 for the season with 44 hits, 13 doubles, two triples and 21 RBI...led the team in stolen bases going 13 for 15 and tied for team lead in reached base safely streak at 17...had nine multi-hit games and tied for third with six multi-RBI contests...was 5 for 7 in Northern State doubleheader (4/5/25) with four doubles, four RBI and four runs scored...went 3 for 8 in doubleheader sweep vs. Briar Cliff (2/12/25) with one double and three runs scored...had three stolen bases in season-opening 9-0 win at Dordt (2/5/25)...in the circle posted a 5-6 record in 20 games and 17 starts with a 2.51 ERA...had three complete games and one save, striking out 97 batters in 83.2 innings pitched allowing just 61 hits and 30 earned runs...fired a one-hit shutout with seven strikeouts in 3-0 win over Bentley (Mass.) on March 11th...matched season-high with eight strikeouts in complete-game 4-1 win vs. Southwest Minnesota State (4/1/25)...notched eight strikeouts in just 4.1 innings of work in 9-0 win at Dordt (2/5/25).

Before Wayne State:  Played one season at Northern State...played in 40 games with 34 starts, hitting .336 with 38 hits, nine doubles, one triple, 13 RBI and 22 runs scored with nine multi-hit games...in the circle posted a 5-2 record with 2.88 ERA in 41.1 innings of work with 57 strikeouts...named NSIC Pitcher of the Week (2/13/24).

High School:  Graduate of Lincoln Southwest High School...was a three-year starter for the Silver Hawks...played on Class A state qualifier as a senior and Class A state championship team as a junior with 40-6 record...was an All-Heartland Athletic Conference selection as a junior and senior...hit .403 during senior season with six home runs, 46 RBI and 48 hits...posted a .410 batting average as a junior with nine home runs, 50 hits, 40 RBI and 40 runs scored.

Personal:  Daughter of Neal and Angie Coleman...born January 23, 2005...majoring in business/human resources.
