            Daryle Tucker is in his second year (2023-24) as an assistant women's basketball coach at Wayne State College.
            Tucker comes to Wayne after serving eight seasons as head women's basketball coach at Northland College in Wisconsin.  He also served as head men's basketball coach for three seasons at Green Mountain College in Vermont where he built a roster from no players to a full roster through recruiting.
            Other coaching stops for Tucker include one season as head women's basketball coach at Southeastern University (Fla.), where he led the team to a #7 NCCAA national ranking during the season before finishing the year 11th and a second place finish in the NAIA II South Region Conference.
            Tucker also spent two years (2007-09) as an assistant men's basketball coach at North Dakota where he was a recruiter, Southeastern Louisiana University (2006-07), and Abraham Baldwin Agriculture College (2004-05) while also working as an assistant women's basketball coach at Georgia Southwestern in 2005-06.
            Tucker attended Atlanta Christian College and earned his bachelor's degree in 2004 majoring in business administration and marketing while earning NCCAA (National Christian Collegiate Athletic Association) DII Honorable Mention All-American honors along with two First Team All-Conference honors.  He later obtained a pair of master's degrees from North Dakota in 2009 in educational leadership in higher education and a second master's degree from Liberty University.
            Daryle and his wife Jennifer have four children - daughters Aneesa (25) and Jazmyn (23) and sons Isaiah (10) and Everett (7).
