Biography

2020-21: Voted NSIC South Division Player of the Year and was named First Team All-NSIC South Division for a third straight season...led WSC in scoring (16.3) and rebounding (6.8), ranking fourth in the NSIC in scoring and eighth in rebounding...was fifth in the NSIC in minutes played per game (34.2) and tied for seventh in 3-point field goals per game (1.9)... named NSIC South Division Player of the Week three times and scored double figures in 12 of 16 games with three double-doubles...scored season high 28 points at Northern State (1/3/21) and had 25 points vs. Southwest Minnesota State (2/12/21)...scored 23 points with season high 13 rebounds vs. Concordia-St. Paul (1/9/21) and had 19 points and 12 rebounds at Upper Iowa (1/23/21)...closed Wildcat career ranking fourth in career scoring with 1,597 points...received inaugural NSIC Outstanding Senior of the Year Award...received NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors and was voted CoSIDA Academic All-American Third Team, becoming first-ever Wildcat player to be named back-to-back Academic All-American.

2019-20: Repeat selection to the All-NSIC First Team and voted D2CCA All-Central Region Second Team after recording 19.9 points and 8.0 rebounds per game starting all 29 games at forward...ranked second in the NSIC in scoring, fourth in rebounding, fifth in minutes played per game (33.6) and tied for eighth in blocks per game (1.0)...scored double digits in every game and had four double-doubles with 15 games of 20 or more points...named NSIC South Division Player of the Week on November 25th after scoring career-high 32 points at South Dakota School of Mines (11/21/19) followed by 28 points and 12 rebounds two nights later at Black Hills State...had 30 points and eight rebounds at Minnesota Crookston (12/14/19)...grabbed career-high 14 rebounds to go with 16 points vs. Sioux Falls (1/3/20)...became 21st player in school history to reach 1,000-point mark scoring 20 points in 77-67 win at Augustana (12/21/19)...repeat selection to CoSIDA Academic All-District VII First Team and was voted CoSIDA Academic All-American Second Team...also received NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors for second straight season. 

2018-19: Earned First Team All-NSIC honors after leading Wildcats in most offensive categories...ranked sixth in the NSIC in scoring at 15.7 points per game to go with 5.5 rebounds also ranked third in the NSIC in minutes played per game (34.3) and tied for 14th in assists (2.7)...scored double digits in 28 of 30 games, highlighted by career high 29 points vs. Sioux Falls on 14-21 shooting in the NSIC Tournament Quarterfinals (3/2/19)...named NSIC South Division Player of the Week (11/13/18) after averaging 15 points and 8 rebounds per game in wins over Northwest Missouri State and Nebraska Kearney...had three double-doubles during the season - 16 points and 10 rebounds vs. Truman State (11/16/18) and vs. Minnesota State (1/26/19) and 14 points and 10 rebounds vs. Southwest Minnesota State (2/22/19)...named to the NSIC Winter All Academic Team and was voted Google Cloud Academic All-District VII First Team with a 4.00 grade point average majoring in Biology.

2017-18: Named to the NSIC All-Freshmen Team after averaging 9.1 points and 3.8 rebounds per game...started 29 of 32 games at forward and ranked fifth in the NSIC in field goal percentage (.506) while making 84.9 percent (45-53) from the free throw line...had 15 games scoring 10 or more points, highlighted by season high 19 points on 9-11 shooting vs. Wisconsin Parkside (11/5/17)...had 17 points with five rebounds on 8-12 shooting vs. Winona State (1/19/18)...had 14 points on 6-7 shooting and hit game winning shot in 60-59 win at Winona State (2/17/18).

High School: Graduate of Delano High School in Minnesota...was a four-year starter in basketball and volleyball...averaged 19.4 points per game as a senior to earn All-Wright County Conference honors...as a junior (2015-16), recorded 18.2 points, 6.0 rebounds and 3.7 assists per game to earn All-Wright County Conference and All-State honorable mention honors...was also an All-Conference volleyball player as a junior and senior.

Personal: Daughter of Robb and Lynette Norling...born on January 29, 1999...majoring in biology/pre-physician assistant.
