2023:  Ran in five of six meets...was #2 Wayne State finisher at Wildcat Classic (9/22/23) placing fourth overall with time of 24:37 on 6,000-meter course...ran career-best time of 24:01.1 on 6,000-meter course at Briar Cliff Invite (10/7/23)...was #3 WSC runner at season-opening Augustana Twilight Meet (9/1/23) with time of 20:33...repeat selection to NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence and received the NSIC Myles Brand All-Academic With Distinction Award with 3.965 grade point average majoring in biology/pre-dental.

2022:  Was #1 WSC runner at four of seven meets...finished 13th at Wildcat Classic (9/23/22) with time of 20:52 on 5,000-meter course...recorded season-best time of 19:29 to place 24th at Dordt Defender Classic (10/8/22) and was 24th at 19:40 at Mount Marty/Lancer Invite (10/22/22)...was top Wildcat runner at NSIC Championships in Wayne (11/5/22) placing 71st on 6,000-meter course with time of 25:07.6...earned NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors.

2021:  Competed in all six meets for WSC and was Wildcats' #3 runner at three meets...ran season-best time of 20:34 to finish 16th at Morningside Invite (9/17/21)...was 21st at WSC Wildcat Classic (9/24/21) with time of 22:54...had time of 20:47 at Dordt Classic (10/9/21)...ran 6,000-meter times of 24:20 at NCAA Central Regional in Joplin, Missouri (11/6/21) and 25:16 at NSIC Championships in Wayne (10/23/21).

2020:  Season canceled due to COVID-19.

High School:  Graduate of Lutheran High Northeast High School...was a four-time Class D state cross country qualifier...state medalist as a sophomore in 2017 at Elkhorn Valley HS placing 12th in time of 21:00...was 20th as a freshman in 21:24...placed 21st as a senior with time of 21:10.
