2025: Competed at all six events and was #1 finisher at every meet...had season best seventh place finish at Wildcat Classic (9/26/25) with time of 15:01.7...finished 50th out of 319 runners at season opening Augustana Twilight meet in time of 18:53.3 on 5,000 meter course...posted career best 6,000 meter time of 23:25.9 at Dordt Classic on October 11th...was top WSC runner at NSIC Championship in Wayne (10/24/25) with time of 24:17.3...earned NSIC All-Academic Team honors.

2024:  Was #1 WSC runner in two meets and #2 finisher in other four meets during freshman season...was #1 WSC runner in first collegiate meet at Augustana Twilight Invite (9/6/24) with time of 19:17.2 on 5,000-meter course...also #1 WSC runner at season-ending NCAA Central Region Championships in Joplin, Missouri (11/9/24) in 24:16.2 on 6,000-meter course...was 19th overall at WSC Wildcat Classic (9/28/24) at 25:48.8...top 6,000-meter time was 23:43.4 at NSIC Championships in Minot, North Dakota (10/26/24).

High School:  Graduate of Blair High School...four-year letter winner in cross country and track and field...was a four-time Class B State Cross Country qualifier, finishing 24th at 20:40.67...voted Most Valuable Team in cross country...in track and field, was a Class B 3,200-meter run state qualifier as a senior (18th/11:52.29) and ran leg on seventh-place 4 x 800-meter relay team...also a 3,200-meter Class B state qualifier as a sophomore...has completed one marathon and two half-marathons...earned Academic All-State honors in cross country.
