2019:  Participated in all six meets...finished 16th at Wildcat Classic (9/27/19) with time of 21:11.3 and was 21st at Herb Blakely/Dakota State Invite (9/14/19) in time of 21:23.8...top 6,000-meter time was 24:43.7 at NCAA Division II Central Regional in Joplin, Mo.

2018: Ran in six meets as a sophomore...placed 16th at Wildcat Classic (9/29/18) with time of 22:31 on 5,000 meter course...top 5,000 meter time was 21:43 at Briar Cliff Invite (10/6/18)...ran time of 25:55 on 6,000 meter course at NSIC Championships (11/3/18).

2017: Competed in all six meets during the freshman season...was Wayne State's #2 finisher at season opening Augustana Twilight Meet (9/1/17) with time of 21:14...top 6,000 meter time was 25:55 at NSIC Championships (10/21/17)...posted time of 22:52 on 5,200 meter course at Briar Cliff Invite (10/7/17).

High School:  Graduate of Omaha North High School...three year starter in cross country, two in soccer and two in track and field...Class A State Cross Country qualifier during senior season, placing 48th with time of 20:54.5...placed 13th at Class A-3 District as a senior with personal-best time of 20:50.5.

Personal:  Daughter of Chad Crouch and Angie Crouch...born April 29, 1999...major is food/nutrition with an exercise science minor.
