2024:  Participated in five of six meets...was #3 WSC runner at Wildcat Classic and #4 finisher at two other meets...placed 29th overall at WSC Wildcat Classic (9/28/24) with time of 26:28.1 on 6,000-meter course...had season-best time of 24:40.1 at NSIC Championships in Minot, North Dakota (10/26/24)...season-best time on 5,000-meter course was 20:16.0 at season-opening Augustana Twilight Meet (9/6/24).

2023:  Competed at all six meets during freshman season...was #4 WSC finisher at three meets...finished 10th at Wildcat Classic (9/22/23) with time of 25:15.5 on 6,000-meter course...took 25th place at Dordt University/Sunflower Open (9/9/23) at 20:08 on 5,000-meter course...top time on 6,000-meter course was 23:35.5 at Briar Cliff Invite (10/7/23)...was #4 WSC finisher at NCAA Central Region Championships in Joplin, Mo. (11/4/23) in time of 23:54.

High School:  Graduate of Millard West High School...four year starter and letter winner in cross country and soccer...was a three-time Class A state qualifier in cross country, helping team to third place finish as a senior placing 44th individually with a time of 20:56...helped team to fourth place team finish in 2021 and third in 2020 as a sophomore.
