2023: 
Participated in all six meets...finished seventh at Wildcat Classic (9/22/23) in time of 24:52...took 29th place at Dordt University/Sunflower Open (9/9/23) with time of 20:23.7 on 5,000-meter course...had career-best time of 23:22.4 on 6,000-meter course at NSIC Championships in Bismarck, North Dakota (10/21/23)...posted time of 24:22 at NCAA Central Region Championships in Joplin, Mo. (11/4/23)...earned NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors and received the NSIC Myles Brand All-Academic With Distinction with 3.988 grade point average majoring in biology/pre--physical therapy.

2022:  Was top WSC runner at NCAA Central Regional and #2 runner at four other meets...had season-best time of 19:53.7 at Dordt Defender Classic (10/8/22) to place 36th overall...was 16th at Wildcat Classic (9/23/22) with time of 21:42...posted time of 19:59.3 at Mount Marty/Lancer Invite (10/22/22) to finish 38th...ran time of 23:24.8 on 6,000-meter course at NCAA Central Regional (11/19/22) in Joplin, Mo...received NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors.

2021:  Competed at all six meets...was #4 finisher for WSC at four of the six meets...placed 13th at WSC Wildcat Classic (9/24/21) with time of 21:54 on 5,000-meter course...finished 23rd at Morningside Invite (9/17/21) with time of 21:18...top 5,000-meter time was 20:33 at Dordt Classic (10/9/21)...ran time of 25:10 over 6,000 meters at NCAA Central Region Championships in Joplin, Missouri 11/6/21.

High School: Graduate of Bancroft-Rosalie High School...was a three sport standout (volleyball, basketball and track and field) during her high school career for the Wolverines...placed seventh in the Class C 800-meter run with a time of 2:25.37 as a junior...was a Class C state qualifier in the 400-meter dash and 800-meter run as a sophomore and in the 800 and 1600-meter runs during her freshman season...was the 800-meter champion at the 2019 East Husker Conference Meet and Norfolk Track and Field Classic...was a two-time Class C2 All-State honorable mention selection and helped BRLD reach the state tournament this year while earning All-East Husker Conference honors in basketball and was a three year starter in volleyball.

Personal: Daughter of Gregg and Laura Murphy...born September 29, 2001...majoring in pre-physical therapy.
