2019:  Was #2 finisher at two meets competing at all six events...was 10th place at Wildcat Classic (9/27/19) with time of 20:47.6 and finished 18th overall at Briar Cliff Invite with season-best time of 20:03.2...also finished 19th at Herb Blakely/Dakota State Invite (9/14/19) at 21:21.7...named to the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence.

2018: Ran in six of seven meets...was Wayne State's #1 at first three meets of the season...placed 1st at Wildcat Classic (9/29/18) with time of 20:35...took 15th at UNL Woody Greeno Invite (9/15/18) with time of 25:38...top 5,000 meter time was 19:39 at Briar Cliff Invite (10/6/18) and top 6,000 meter time of 24:51 came at NSIC Championships (11/3/18)...selected to NSIC All-Academic Team.

2017: Participated in all six meets...ran top time of 24:59 at Division II Central Regional in Kearney (11/4/17)...recorded season best finish of 56th place at Woody Greeno Invite in Lincoln (9/16/17)...posted season best time of 22:03 at Briar Cliff Invite (10/7/17).

High School:  Graduate of Syracuse High School...three-time Class C State qualifier in cross country...during senior season was individual qualifier and placed 65th (23:43.2)...helped team to 11th place finish in junior season (2014) with time of 22:53.2 to place 40th overall...came in 48th place as a sophomore at 22:33.8.
