2023:  Finished top Wildcat runner at two meets and #2 runner at two others...placed third at Wildcat Classic (9/22/23) with time of 24:35.2 on 6,000-meter course...was also top WSC runner at NSIC Championships in Bismarck, North Dakota (10/21/23) with career-best time of 23:01 on 6,000-meter course...finished 22nd at Dordt University/Sunflower Open (9/9/23) in career-best 5,000-meter time of 19:58.9...took 34th at Briar Cliff Invite (10/7/23) in time of 23:05...named to NSIC All-Academic Team.

2022:  Was #2 finisher for WSC at NCAA Central Regional and #3 finisher at three other meets...ran season-best time (5,000-meters) of 20:16.5 at Dordt Defender Classic (10/8/22)...posted time of 20:51.8 at Mount Marty/Lancer Invite (10/22/22)...was #3 WSC runner at NSIC Championships in Wayne with time of 25:41.1 on 6,000-meter course and improved by over two minutes at NCAA Central Regional two weeks later (11/19/22) with time of 23:34.2 in Joplin, Mo.

2021:  Ran in five of six meets during season...was #5 finisher for Wildcats at three meets...top 5,000-meter time was 21:39 at Dordt University Classic on 10/9/21...placed 30th at Morningside Invite (9/17/21) with time of 21:52...ran times of 26:13 at NSIC Championships in Wayne (10/23/21) and 25:52 at NCAA Central Regional in Joplin, Missouri (11/6/21) on 6,000-meter courses.

High School:  Graduate of Thayer Central High School...three time Class D state cross country qualifier...helped team to ninth place finish as senior in 2019 placing 72nd overall (23:02)...was 53rd overall as junior in 2018 (23:37) helping team to eighth place finish...was also state qualifier as a freshman in 2016.
