2024:  Competed at all six meets, was #3 WSC finisher at one meet and #4 runner at four other meets...was #3 WSC runner at UNL/Woody Greeno Invite (9/21/24) with time of 21:27.6...ran career-best 5,000-meter time of 20:37.9 at season-opening Augustana Twilight Invite (9/6/24)...was 31st overall at WSC Wildcat Classic (9/28/24) with time of 26:50.4...top 6,000-meter course time was 24:23.1 at Dordt Holiday Inn Classic (10/12/24).

2023:  Ran at all six meets...finished 22nd at Wildcat Classic (9/22/23) in time of 25:58...had season-best time on 6,000-meter course of 24:03.1 at NSIC Championships in Bismarck, North Dakota (10/21/23)...times of 5,000-meter course were 10 seconds apart - 21:27.8 at season-opening Augustana Twilight Meet (9/1/23) and 21:17.9 at Dordt University/Sunflower Open (9/9/23).

2022:  Finished five races during freshman season...was #3 WSC runner at Wildcat Classic (9/23/22) placing 20th overall with time of 22:01 on 5,000-meter course...ran season-best time of 20:41.2 at Dordt Defender Classic (10/8/22)...had identical times of 21:20.6 at UNL/Woody Greeno Invite (9/17/22) and Mount Marty/Lancer Invite (10/22/22).

High School:  Graduate of Millard South High School...four year letter winner in cross country and three in track and field...three year Class A state qualifier in cross country, helping team to 10th place finishes as a sophomore (2019) and junior (2020)...was 43rd individually as a senior in 2021 season (20:59).
