2021:  Participated in four meets...ran season-best time of 22:36 in 5,000-meters at Morningside Invitational (9/17/21) to place 38th overall...had time of 23:02 at Dordt University Classic on 10/9/21...posted time of 29:12 on 6,000-meter course at NSIC Championships in Wayne on 10/23/21...earned NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors for second time.

2020:  Season canceled due to COVID-19.

2019:  Ran in five meets...placed season-best 13th with time of 21:06.9 at Wildcat Classic (9/27/19) and was 32nd in the Herb Blakely/Dakota State Invite with time of 21:52.9...received NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors.

2018: Competed in six of seven meets as a freshman...was 17th at the Wildcat Classic with time of 22:40...top 5,000 meter time was 21:46 at Briar Cliff Invite (10/6/18)...ran time of 26:07 (6,000 meters) at NSIC Championships on 11/3/18.

High School:  Graduate of Tekamah-Herman High School...four year starter in volleyball, two year starter in basketball and four year starter in track and field...was a Class C State Track qualifier all four years in high school, including the 400 meter dash and 4 x 800 meter run as a senior...earned First Team All-East Husker Conference honors in basketball as a senior and was Third Team All-East Husker Conference in volleyball...earned Academic All-State honors in all three sports as a junior and senior.
