2009: Competed in every meet for Wayne State in her senior season... earned three top-10 finishes for the year... opened the season with a ninth place finish at the USD Open running 19:30 (5k)... finished 25th overall in a season best 19:04 (5k) at the SDSU Invite on 10/03/09... followed that up on 10/09/09 at the Pre-Regional meet in Wayne with 22:52 (6k),  a fourth place effort overall... was named First Team All-NSIC after finishing 10th overall (23:14) at the NSIC Championships in Bemidji, Minnesota on 10/24/09... ran 22:53 (6k) to conclude her season at the NCAA Central Region Championships on 11/07/09 to finish 23rd...one of four Wildcat runners named to the NSIC Fall All-Academic Team.

2008: Competed in all six meets for Wayne State in her junior season...earned two top-10 finishes on the year...opened the year with a second place finish at the Northern State Open on 9-5-08 with a time of 16:36 (4K)...earned a ninth place finish at the Dakota State Invite on 9-27-08 with a time of 19:38 (5K)...also finished in 29th with a time of 24:15 (6K) at the NSIC Championships to help WSC to a sixth place finish as a team...ran season-best time of 23:23 at the NCAA Central Regional Championships in Kearney on 11-8-08...named to the NSIC Fall All-Academic Team for the second straight season.

2007: Earned All-Northern Sun Conference honors for the second straight season with a second place finish at the NSIC Championships in Winona, Minnesota on 10-20-07 with a time of 22:48 on the 6,000-meter course, helping WSC to a second place team finish...was the top runner for WSC at all six meets for the Wildcats this season...named NSIC Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week on 9-18-07 after finishing ninth place at the Woody Greeno/UNL Invite in Lincoln on 9-15-07...finished third out of 121 runners at the Briar Cliff Invite on 10-6-07 to help WSC finish in second place...placed 42nd at the NCAA Division II North Central Regional Championships in Vermillion, South Dakota on 11-3-07 with time of 22:57...named to the NSIC Fall All-Academic Team.

2006: Ran a season-best time of 18:48 at the Briar Cliff Invite on 10-7-06 to win the invite. . . Competed in seven meets and finished in the top 10 in four of those meets. . . Selected the NSIC Runner of the Week on 10-2-06 after finishing 8th at the WSC Pre-Regional with a time of 23:26. . . Finished runner up at the NSIC Championships in St. Paul, Minn., on 10-21-06 with a time of 23:30. . . Ran a personal best time of 22:48 at the North Central Regional on 11-4-06 to finish 22nd. . . Selected to the All-Conference Team.

High School: Graduate of Southeast High School in Yoder, Wyoming...was a four-time state cross country and track qualifier...placed in at least three events at state track as a junior and senior...set school record in 800 meter run with time of 2:26.57...was selected All-Conference Track in 2004 and 2005 and selected Academic All-Conference both seasons as well...helped team to second place finish at state in 2002 and third place finish in 2003.
