2025: Competed in five of six meets...opened season with career best time of 20:24.9 on 5,000 meter course at Augustana Twilight meet (9/5/25)...took 23rd in Wildcat Classic on September 26th in time of 16:08.6 on 3.6k course...posted personal best time (25:03.5) on 6,000 meter course at Dordt Classic (10/11/25)...repeat selection to NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence.

2024:  Received NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors.

2023:  Ran in five of six meets during freshman season...finished 25th place at Wildcat Classic (9/22/23) with time of 26:12 on 6,000-meter course...top time on 6,000-meter course was 25:13 at Briar Cliff Invite (10/7/23)...ran season-best time of 21:44 on 5,000-meter course at Dordt University/Sunflower Open (9/9/23).

High School:  Graduate of Elkhorn North High School...four year letter winner in cross country and track and field...was a Class B state qualifier as a senior in 2022, helping team to third place finish while placing 64th overall with time of 23:16...earned NCPA Academic All-State honors in cross country as a junior and senior...in track and field was a Class B state qualifier during junior season (2022) in the 1,600-meter run (6:08.89)...ran leg on second-place Class B 3,200-meter relay team in 2021 as a sophomore...received NCPA Academic All-State honors in track and field as a junior and senior...was a three-time Academic All-Eastern Midlands Conference selection in cross country and track and field.
