2023:  Ran in five of six meets during freshman season...finished 25th place at Wildcat Classic (9/22/23) with time of 26:12 on 6,000-meter course...top time on 6,000-meter course was 25:13 at Briar Cliff Invite (10/7/23)...ran season-best time of 21:44 on 5,000-meter course at Dordt University/Sunflower Open (9/9/23).

High School:  Graduate of Elkhorn North High School...four year letter winner in cross country and track and field...was a Class B state qualifier as a senior in 2022, helping team to third place finish while placing 64th overall with time of 23:16...earned NCPA Academic All-State honors in cross country as a junior and senior...in track and field was a Class B state qualifier during junior season (2022) in the 1,600-meter run (6:08.89)...ran leg on second-place Class B 3,200-meter relay team in 2021 as a sophomore...received NCPA Academic All-State honors in track and field as a junior and senior...was a three-time Academic All-Eastern Midlands Conference selection in cross country and track and field.
