2019:  Participated in three meets...ran season-best time of 21:19.1 at the Briar Cliff Invitational (10/5/19)...placed 32nd at Wildcat Classic (9/27/19) with time of 22:26.5...also ran 6,000-meter time of 27:51.9 at NSIC Championships in Wayne on 10/26/19...repeat selection to the NSIC Fall All-Academic Team.

2018: Competed in six meets and Wayne State's #1 runner in four events...finished season-high 9th at Briar Cliff Invite with time of 18:48 to be named NSIC Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week...was 21st at Mount Marty Invite (10/20/18) in 19:43...was top WSC runner at the NSIC Championships (23:30) and NCAA Central Regional with time of 24:09...selected to the NSIC Fall All-Academic Team.

2017: Had standout freshman season after finishing as Wayne State's top runner at all six meets this season...recorded season best finish of 26th at Briar Cliff Invite (10/7/17) with time of 20:26... earned 30th place finish with time of 24:40 at Woody Greeno Invite in Lincoln (9/16/17)...top 6,000 meter time was 23:47 at NSIC Championships in Moorhead, Minnesota (10/21/17)...named Most Valuable Player.

High School:  Graduate of Lawrence / Nelson High School...was a three-year starter in volleyball and basketball and four-year starter in track and field...was a five-time Class D State Track Champion, winning the 1,600-meter run as a sophomore, junior and senior and the 3,200-meter run as a junior and senior...ended track career winning medals in 11 of 12 events...excels in classroom with Academic All-State honors in volleyball, basketball and track and field.
