High School:  Graduate of Forest City High School in Iowa...competed in cross country, basketball and track and field...earned First Team All-Top of Iowa Conference honors in cross country during senior season and was a Class 2A State Cross Country qualifier...was a two-time All-State honoree in track and field.

Personal:  Daughter of Cindy Rosa and Willie Holmes...born January 19, 2006...majoring in physical education.
