2025 Outdoor:  Did not compete.

2025 Indoor:  Competed in shot put and high jump...cleared a season best 5' 2 1/4" to place sixth in high jump at SDSU Indoor Classic (2/14/25)...also had career-best mark of 38' 2" in the shot put to finish 11th at same event...was sixth in the high jump (5' 1") and ninth in shot put (34' 11") at Mount Marty Invite (1/18/25)...finished sixth in high jump at WSC Wildcat Open (2/8/25) clearing 5' 1".

2024 Outdoor:  Earned medal in heptathlon at NSIC Outdoor Championships for second straight season, placing sixth with 4,827 points...just missed medal in javelin throw taking ninth with best mark of 113' 11"...won the javelin throw at Loper Invite (4/19/24) with season-best mark of 119' 2" and was third in high jump clearing 5' 2 1/4"...took first place in 100-meter hurdles (15.30) at season-opening Wildcat Classic and was third in javelin throw at 113' 3"...was third in 100-meter hurdles at Concordia Invite (4/6/24) with season-best time of 14.76 seconds.

2024 Indoor: Placed eighth in pentathlon at NSIC Indoor Championships (2/23-24/24) scoring 3230 points...was also 16th in the high jump clearing 5' 0.5"...finished fifth in pentathlon at Mark Schuck Open (1/26/24) with 3198 points...was fifth in 60-meter hurdles at SDSU Last Chance Invite (2/16/24) in 9.42 seconds...cleared 5' 3" in high jump to place third at Polar Dog Invite (1/19/24).

2023 Outdoor: Scored points in two events at NSIC Outdoor Championships in St. Paul, Minnesota - sixth in the heptathlon with 4,440 points and seventh in the javelin at 113' 9"...placed second in 100-meter hurdles at 16th annual Wildcat Classic (3/25/23) in 15.49 seconds...also had second place finish in high jump (5' 1") at Mount Marty Twilight (4/26/23)...finished top six in three events at USD Tuneup (5/5/23) - fourth in javelin with season-best mark of 114' 0", fifth in 100-meter hurdles at 15.53 seconds and sixth in long jump with season-best mark of 17' 4 1/4"...was fifth in 100-meter hurdles at Sioux City Relays (4/14/23) with season-best time of 15.58 seconds.

2023 Indoor:  Finished sixth in pentathlon at NSIC Indoor Championships (2/25-26/23) with 3,240 points...was fourth in pentathlon with 3,135 points at Mark Schuck/Minnesota Open (1/27-28/23)...place first in the high jump (5' 1 3/4") and was fourth in 60-meter hurdles (9.61) at Mount Marty Last Chance Meet (2/11/23)...finished third in 60-meter hurdles (9.51) and eighth in long jump (16' 3 3/4") at Concordia Polar Dog Invite (1/21/23).

High School:  Graduate of Hinton High School in Iowa...qualified in four events as senior at Iowa Class 2A State Track Meet...placed third in 100 hurdles with personal best time of 15.46 seconds and was seventh in high jump clearing 5' 2"...also ran legs on distance medley and shuttle hurdles events...was All-War Eagle Conference in track and field two years...also excelled in volleyball and basketball where she was a four year starter...was First Team All-War Eagle Conference in volleyball as a senior averaging 2.0 kills and 2.8 digs per set and in basketball averaged 12.0 points, 7.2 rebounds, 3.9 steals and 1.7 blocks per game while shooting 65 percent from the field to earn First Team All-Conference honors.
