2023 Indoor: Competed at two events in middle distance...was eighth in 800-meter run (2:45.03) at Mount Marty Last Chance Invite (2/11/23)...ran time of 3:41.79 in 1,000-meter run to finish 18th at Concordia Classic (2/3/23).
High School: Graduate of Brady High School...started four years in cross country, three in basketball and two in track and field...was a three-time Class D state qualifier in cross country...earned NCPA Academic All-State honors in cross country three years.
Personal: Daughter of James and Megan McGown...born October 30, 2003...majoring in Spanish education.
