2024 Outdoor: Earned sixth-place medal in shot put at NSIC Outdoor Championships with season-best mark of 42' 4 1/4"...finished eighth in shot put at Dakota State Twilight (4/23/24) at 39' 6" and was eighth at Loper Invite (4/19/24) with mark of 38' 6".
2024 Indoor: Did not compete.
2023 Outdoor: Did not compete.
2023 Indoor: Finished fifth in shot put at NSIC Indoor Championships with throw of 45' 7"...had pair of second place finishes in shot put - season-best 45' 10" at Minnesota State Massive Meet #1 (2/10/23) and 44' 9" at Mark Schuck/Minnesota State Open (1/28/23)...threw career-best 47' 11" in weight throw at NSIC Indoor Championships to finish 22nd overall.
2022 Outdoor: Placed eighth in the shot put at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championships (5/13/22) with mark of 43' 1 1/2"...also finished 25th in hammer throw at 123' 9"...had season-best mark of 43' 1 3/4" in shot put at Wildcat Classic (3/26/22) to finish fifth...best mark in hammer throw was 143' 9" at the South Dakota Challenge (4/22/22)...placed seventh in shot put at Prairie Wolf Invite (4/28/22) with mark of 42' 1 1/2".
2022 Indoor: Competed in six events...finished 10th in the shot put at the NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championships (2/25-26/22) with a season-best distance of 42' 6 3/4"...placed sixth in the shot put at the SDSU Last Chance (2/19/22) with a 41' 8 1/2" distance...was seventh in the shot put with a throw of 41' 6 1/2 as well as 10th in the weight throw with a distance of 44' 4 1/4" at the Lancer Last Chance (2/12/22)...had a season high 44' 6" in the weight throw at the USD Alumni Track & Field Meet (2/5/22).
High School: Graduate of Ponca High School...two-time Class C medalist in the shot put, taking third as a senior in 2021 (40' 9") and seventh as a sophomore in 2019 at 40' 2 3/4"...also a Class C state qualifier in the discus as a senior (10th - 114' 3")...two-time district champion and Lewis and Clark Conference champion as a sophomore.
Personal: Daughter of Mary and Adam Tranmer...born February 11, 2003...majoring in early childhood education.
