2023 Outdoor:  Earned All-American honors with fourth place finish in hammer throw (197' 6") at NCAA Division II Outdoor Championships in Pueblo, Colorado (5/25/23)...named USTFCCCA All-Central Region in hammer throw...medaled in two events at NSIC Outdoor Championships, taking second (All-NSIC) in hammer throw at 184' 4" and was fifth in shot put at 44' 4"...recorded season-best mark of 198' 7" at South Dakota Early Bird Invite (4/8/23) to place second...named NSIC Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week (4/24/23) after winning hammer throw at Emporia State/Midwest Classic (4/23/23) with throw of 195' 9"...also won hammer throw at season-opening Wildcat Classic (3/25/23) at 192' 4"...had second place finishes in hammer throw at Central Nebraska Challenge (4/1/23) at 198' 1" and at Sioux City Relays (4/14/23) with mark of 193' 11"...named to NSIC Spring All-Academic Team...named Most Valuable Player (Women's Field) at WSC and was named Female Athlete of the Year at year-end Ameritas/WSC Athletic Honors Banquet.

2023 Indoor:  National Champion in weight throw at NCAA Division II Indoor Track and Field Championships in Virginia Beach, Virginia (3/10/23) with new school record mark of 67' 11"...first-ever weight throw national champion at WSC and just second-ever national indoor champion for the Wildcats (Sara Wells Bents shot put in 2015)...was NSIC individual champion in weight throw with mark of 65' 2 3/4" on 2/25/23 at NSIC Indoor Championships in Mankato...other first place finishes in weight throw were 66' 11 1/2" at Minnesota State Massive Meet #2 (2/11/23), 64' 7 3/4" at Minnesota State Massive Meet #1 (2/10/23) and 63' 7 1/2" at Mark Schuck/Minnesota State Open (1/28/23)...finished 15th in shot put at NSIC Indoor Championships with mark of 40' 7 3/4"...earned USTFCCCA All-Central Region honors in weight throw...named to the NSIC Winter All-Academic Team.

2022 Outdoor:  Earned All-American honors with third place finish in hammer throw at NCAA Division II Outdoor Track and Field Championships (5/26/22) in Allendale, Michigan with mark of 192' 11"...All-NSIC finisher in the hammer throw taking second at 182' 0" to go with a fifth place finish in the shot put at 44' 9 3/4" at the NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/13-14/22) in Aberdeen, South Dakota...named USTFCCCA All-Central Region in hammer throw...had a first place finish in the hammer throw with a distance of 188' 10" and a runner-up finish in the shot put with a throw of 45' 1" at the Sioux City Relays (4/8-9/22)...recorded a season best in the shot put 46' 1 1/2" placing seventh and the hammer throw 197' 11" finishing second at the South Dakota Challenge (4/21-23/22)...finished top 10 in every meet and event competed in but one foul finish during the outdoor season...named to the NSIC Spring All-Academic Team.

2022 Indoor: Scored points in two events at NSIC Indoor Championships (2/25-26/22)...placed sixth in weight throw with mark of 61' 6 3/4" and was seventh in shot put at 43' 3"...was a national qualifier in weight throw and took 14th at NCAA Divison ll Indoor Championships (3/11/22) with top mark of 56' 8 3/4"...earned USTFCCCA All-Central Region honors in the weight throw...posted season-best mark of 64' 7" to place fourth at USD Alumni Meet (2/5/22)...recorded season-best shot put throw with 45' 1" to finish second at Mount Marty/Lancer Last Chance (2/12/22)...finished second at weight throw (62' 2 1/2") at SDSU Division ll Open on 1/21/22...named to the NSIC Winter All-Academic Team.

2021 Indoor/Outdoor:  Did not compete.

2020 Indoor: Sat out indoor season as a redshirt.

2019 Outdoor:  Redshirted

2019 Indoor:  Placed in two events at the NSIC Indoor Championships, placing sixth in weight throw (55' 9") and eighth in the shot put with season-best mark of 43' 9 1/4"...finished fifth in weight throw at SDSU Last Chance Invite (2/15/19) with season-best throw of 56' 7 1/2"...placed sixth in weight throw at SDSU Division II Invitational (1/18/19) with throw of 54' 2"...finished eighth in the weight throw (52' 8") and shot put (41' 11 1/2") at Concordia Indoor Invite (2/8/19).

High School: Graduate of Clearwater High School...placed fourth in Class D shot put as a senior (37' 5 1/2") and was 10th in the discus at 100' 1"...earned Academic All-State and All-Niobrara Valley Conference honors while helping her team win the Niobrara Valley Conference girls' title as a junior.
