2024 Outdoor: 
Took first place in long jump at Loper Invite (4/19/24) with mark of 17' 5 1/2"...had season-best mark of 17' 6" in long jump at South Dakota Challenge (4/13/24) to place sixth...was second in long jump at season-opening Wildcat Classic (3/30/24) with mark of 17' 1 1/2"...finished 19th in long jump at NSIC Outdoor Championships in Mankato with mark of 17' 2"...received NSIC Spring All-Academic Team honors.

2024 Indoor: Had season-best mark of 17' 6.75" in the long jump to finish 14th at NSIC Indoor Championships...was second in the long jump (17' 2") and seventh in triple jump (34' 7.5") at Polar Dog Invite (1/19/24)...also had second place finish in long jump with mark of 17' 4.25" at Concordia Invite (2/9/24)...was fifth in long jump (16' 6") at Mark Schuck Open (1/26/24)...repeat selection to NSIC Winter All-Academic Team.

2023 Outdoor:  Won the triple jump at the Emporia State/Midwest Classic (4/23/23) with season-best mark of 36' 2 3/4" and was fifth in long jump (17' 2")...finished first in long jump (17' 8 1/4") and second in triple jump (35' 6") at season-opening Wildcat Classic (3/25/23)...recorded season-best mark of 17' 11 3/4" in long jump to place fourth at Mount Marty Twilight Meet (4/26/23)...at NSIC Outdoor Championships finished 11th in long jump (17' 3 1/2") and 13th in triple jump (35' 7 1/4")...named to the NSIC Spring All-Academic Team.

2023 Indoor: Recorded career best mark of 18' 6" in the long jump to place ninth at the NSIC Indoor Championships (2/26/23)...took 17th in the triple jump (35' 4")...won the long jump at three meets - 17' 2 3/4" at Mount Marty Last Chance Invite (2/11/23), 17' 11 1/2" at Concordia Classic (2/3/23) and 17' 6 3/4" at Polar Dog Invite (1/21/23)...placed second in triple jump with season best mark of 36' 5 3/4' at Concordia Classic...received NSIC Winter All-Academic Team Honors.

2022 Outdoor:  Posted season-best marks of 36' 11" in the triple jump and 18' 5 3/4" in the long jump to place third in both events at the Prairie Wolf Invite (4/28/22)...took first in the triple jump (36' 5") and third in the long jump (16' 11 1/4") at season-opening Wildcat Classic (3/26/22)...placed fifth with wind-aided mark of 38' 0" in triple jump at South Dakota Challenge (4/23/22)...placed 14th in the long jump (17' 6 3/4") and 16th in triple jump at 35' 8" at NSIC Track and Field Championships...earned NSIC Spring All-Academic Team honors.

2022 Indoor: Competed in five meets...placed 23rd in the triple jump at the NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championships (2/25-26/22) posting a mark of 34' 4"...finished second in the triple jump with a personal-best leap of 35' 3 1/4" at the SDSU Last Chance (2/19/22)...had third place finishes in the triple jump (34' 8 1/4")and long jump (16' 4 1/2") at the Lancer Last Chance (2/12/22).

2021 Outdoor:  Recorded season-best mark of 16' 5 1/4" in the long jump at the South Dakota Tune-Up (5/7/21)...top triple jump mark was 35' 5" at Central Nebraska UNK Challenge (4/3/21) to place seventh...was third in triple jump (35' 10 1/2") and fourth in long jump (17' 3/4") with wind-aided marks at WSC Challenge (5/1/21)...was 20th in triple jump at NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/14/21) with mark of 33' 10 1/4".

2021 Indoor:  Competed at five events in the long jump and triple jump...had season-best marks in both events at WSC Wildcat Invite (1/16/21), taking fifth in the triple jump (34' 3/4") and fifth in the long jump (16' 1/2")...took fourth in the triple jump at USD Dakota Realty Meet (1/23/21) with mark of 33' 9 1/2"...placed seventh in long jump at Herschel Neil/Northwest Missouri State Invite (1/30/21) at 15' 11 3/4".

High School: Graduate of Northwest High School...was a three year letter winner in track and field...Class B state qualifier in 2019 in the triple jump and 400-meter relay and was the 2019 Central Conference triple jump champion while helping her team win a conference title...holds personal best mark of 35' 3 1/2" in the triple jump and is an honor roll student.

Personal:  Daughter of Dennis and Kris Smollen...born March 18, 2002...majoring in pre-vet medicine.
