2024 Outdoor:  Posted career-best time of 2:23.94 in the 800-meter run at the Dakota State Twilight Meet (4/23/24) to finish ninth...finished fifth in 800-meter run (2:27.29) at the Concordia Invite (4/6/24)...recorded career-best time of 1:04.91 in the 400-meter dash at the Concordia Invite...was ninth in the 800-meter run at the season-opening Wildcat Classic (2:27.29) and at the Loper Invite (4/19/24) with time of 2:28.57...earned NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors.

2024 Indoor: Recorded time of 2:24.30 in the 800-meter run to finish 11th at NSIC Indoor Championships (2/23/24)...had season-best time in 1000-meter run of 3:09.22 to place eighth at SDSU Last Chance Invite (2/16/24)...was fifth in 800-meter run (2:26.16) at Concordia Invite (2/9/24)...finished sixth at season opening SDSU Holiday Open (12/1/23) in 800-meter run at 2:29.48...received NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors and earned NSIC Myles Brand All-Academic with Distinction Award.

2023 Outdoor:  Ran season-best time of 2:27.93 in 800-meter run to place ninth at Mount Marty Twilight Meet (4/26/23)...competed in 1,500-meter run at USD Early Bird Invite (4/8/23) and posted time of 5:36.24...finished 17th in 800-meter run at USD Tuneup (5/5/23) and recorded time of 2:30.57.

2023 Indoor: Competed at six meets in middle distance events...placed fourth in 800 meter run with season best time of 2:29.40 at Mount Marty Last Chance Invite (2/11/23)...was third at Concordia Classic (2/3/23) in 800 meter run at 2:31.07...posted season best time in 1000 meter run (3:22.56) at Minnesota State Open (1/28/23).

Before Wayne State:  Attended Nebraska Omaha.

High School:  Graduate of Bishop Neumann Catholic High School...four year starter in cross country and track and field and one year in basketball...four year state cross country qualifier, placing 37th, 37th, 38th and 40th in four years at state...was 37th in Class D state cross country meet as a senior with time of 21:54...at state track ran leg on state championship 4 x 400 meter relay team in 2018 with time of 4:05.31...excels in classroom with Academic All-State honors in cross country and track and field.
