2025 Outdoor: Named All-NSIC after second-place finish in hammer throw at NSIC Outdoor Championships with top mark of 180' 10"...threw career-best mark of 181' 2" at Maverick Open (4/30/25) to place second...other second-place finishes included the Mount Marty Twilight Meet (4/23/25) at 175' 9", Sioux City Relays on April 11th at 169' 6" and 158' 3" at the Concordia Invite (4/5/25)...competed in shot put at two meets and had sixth-place finish in Concordia Invite at 38' 6 3/4"...repeat selection to NSIC Spring All-Academic Team.
2025 Indoor: Finished 12th in weight throw at NSIC Indoor Championships with mark of 52' 2"...recorded career-best mark of 56' 0" in weight throw to take first at the Mount Marty Invite (1/18/25)...took second at the Concordia Classic (1/25/25) with toss of 55' 3/4"...finished sixth at the WSC Wildcat Open (2/8/25) at 51' 7 1/4" and was ninth in weight throw at SDSU Last Chance Invite (2/21/25) with mark of 52' 3 3/4"...earned NSIC Winter All-Academic Team honors.
2024 Outdoor: Earned All-NSIC honors with second place finish in hammer throw (177' 7") at NSIC Outdoor Championships...also finished 12th in shot put with career-best mark of 40' 11"...took first place in hammer throw in first three meets of the season - 176' 5" at Wildcat Classic (3/29/24), 172' 6" at Concordia Invite (4/6/24) and 171' 7" at Sioux City Relays (4/12/24)...posted NCAA provisional mark of 178' 3" in hammer throw to place second at Loper Invite (4/19/24) while also placing fourth in shot put at 39' 7 1/4"...finished second in hammer throw at Dakota State Twilight (4/23/24) and was fourth at Maverick Open #1 in Mankato (5/1/24) at 169' 3"...received NSIC Spring All-Academic Team honors.
2024 Indoor: Placed eighth in weight throw at NSIC Indoor Championships (2/23/24) with season-best mark of 54' 8.75"...posted season-best throw of 40' 0.5" in the shot put at Bearcat Invite (2/3/24)...finished fifth in the shot put (39' 11.5") and sixth in the weight throw (51' 5.75") at Polar Dog Invitational (1/19/24)...also place fifth in the shot put (39' 5.25") and sixth in the weight throw (52' 9.5") at Mark Schuck Open (1/27/24)...named to the NSIC All-Academic Team.
2023 Outdoor: Threw season-best mark of 167' 9" in hammer throw to take first place at Central Nebraska Challenge (4/1/23)...was 10th in hammer throw at NSIC Championships in St. Paul, Minnesota with mark of 155' 5"...best mark in discus was 123' 1" at Wildcat Classic (3/25/23)...took sixth in hammer throw at Emporia State/Midwest Classic (4/23/23) with top throw of 167' 2"...also took sixth in hammer throw at Sioux City Relays (4/14/23) at 165' 10"...earned NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors.
2023 Indoor: Recorded season-best mark of 48' 3 1/2" in weight throw at Concordia Classic (2/3/23)...had season-best eighth place finish in weight throw at SDSU Last Chance Meet (2/18/23) with throw of 47' 8 1/2"...finished 24th in weight throw at NSIC Indoor Championships (2/25-26/23) in Mankato with mark of 46' 3 1/2"...earned NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors.
2022 Outdoor: Competed in seven meets in the hammer throw and discus throw...finished 13th at the NSIC Outdoor Championships in the hammer throw with a season-best 145' 3" distance and also competed in the discus throw with a 87' 5" throw...had a season best throw of 124' 2" in the discus throw at the Prairie Wolf Invite (4/28/22)...placed 19th in the hammer throw with a 132' 2" distance at the Wildcat Invite (3/25-26/22).
2022 Indoor: Competed in shot put and weight throw...recorded season-best mark in weight throw at 47' 9 1/4" at Mark Schuck/Minnesota State Open (1/29/22)...top mark in shot put was 34' 3 1/2" at Mark Schuck/Minnesota State Open...qualified for NSIC Indoor Championships in weight throw and finished 24th with mark of 44' 8 3/4".
High School: Graduate of Blair High School...lettered four years in track and field...was a Class B state qualifier in the shot put and discus as a senior, placing eighth in the shot put (38’ 7”)...also a Class B state qualifier in the shot put as a sophomore in 2019...personal bests are 40’ 3 ½” in the shot put and 134’ 3” in the discus.
