2025 Outdoor: Qualified for the NSIC Outdoor Championships in the hammer throw and shot put, placing 11th in hammer throw (144' 4") and 20th in shot put at 40' 4"....posted season-best throw of 158' 4" to finish eighth in hammer throw at Maverick Open #1 Meet (4/30/25)...best mark in shot put was 42' 9" to place eighth at South Dakota Challenge (4/12/25)...threw discus at one meet - Sioux City Relays (4/11/25) - and took 10th at 119' 8"...finished fifth in shot put at Concordia Invite (4/5/25) with mark of 41' 3".
2025 Indoor: Had season high toss in the shot put of 40' 6 1/4" earning her fourth place at the SDSU Holiday Invite (12/6/25)...recorded season-best in the weight throw at the SDSU Last Chance Invite (2/21/25) with a mark of 46' 3 1/4" and also posted a throw of 39' 7" in the shot put which earned her ninth place...finished fourth at the Concordia Classic (1/25/25) in the shot put with a throw of 39' 9 1/4"...competed in the NSIC Indoor Championship in the shot put with a mark of 40' 2 3/4".
High School: Graduate of Omaha Burke High School...qualified for Class A State Track Meet in the discus and shot put as a junior and senior...finished third in discus (128' 11") and ninth in the shot put (38' 3") during senior season...earned fourth place medal in discus as a junior at 120' 11".
Personal: Daughter of Janet Dolezal Williams and Keith Williams...born May 5, 2006...majoring in health.
