2023 Outdoor: Ran in five meets during outdoor season...had season-best time of 5:15.96 in 1,500-meter run at Emporia State/Midwest Classic (4/23/23)...was 18th in 800-meter run at Sioux City Relays (4/14/23) with season-best time of 2:29.20...also competed at Wildcat Classic (3/25/23), Central Nebraska Challenge (4/1/23) and USD Early Bird Invite (4/8/23).
2023 Indoor: Participated in two events...finish 10th in 800-meter dash with a set time 2:35.84 at Concordia Classic (2/3/2023)...ran time of 5:56.41 in the one mile run to finish 15th at SDSU Last Chance Invite (2/18/23).
High School: Graduate of Elkhorn Valley High School...three sport standout for the Falcons in volleyball, basketball and track and field...placed second in Class D 1600-meter run at state track as a senior with time of 5:31.69...also finished ninth in 800-meter run (2:26.08) and ran leg on 3200-meter relay team that was 11tth...qualified in two events at state track as a junior in the 800-meter run and 3200-meter relay...earned NCPA Academic All-State honors in volleyball and basketball as a junior and senior and was Niobrara Valley Conference All-Academic Team as a sophomore, junior and senior.
