2025 Outdoor:  Had season-best mark of 36' 2 1/4" in triple jump to finish 12th at NSIC Outdoor Championships in Duluth, Minnesota (5/9/25)...took first place in triple jump at Mount Marty Twilight Meet (4/23/25) at 35' 4 1/2"...placed second in triple jump (36' 2") and had season-best mark of 17' 8" for fifth place finish at Wildcat Outdoor Classic (3/28/25)...finished fourth in long jump (16' 10 3/4") at Loper Invite (4/19/25)...earned NSIC Spring All-Academic Team honors. 

2025 Indoor: Set new indoor school record in the triple jump at the NSIC Indoor Championships with a mark of 37' 8" to place eighth overall...won the triple jump at the SDSU Last Chance Invite (2/21/25) at 36' 9" and was seventh in the long jump with a season-best leap of 17' 1 1/4"...placed third in long jump (16' 11 1/4") and was eighth in the 60 meter dash (8.30) at the WSC Wildcat Open (2/8/25)...was sixth in long jump at Concordia Classic (1/25/25) with jump of 16' 10 1/2"...repeat selection to NSIC All-Academic Team.

2024 Outdoor:  Competed in long jump and sprints...had season-best mark of 17' 7 1/2" at Concordia Invite (4/6/24) to place fifth...was seventh at South Dakota Challenge (4/13/24) in long jump at 17' 5 1/4"...posted mark of 17' 4" in long jump to finish 17th at NSIC Outdoor Championships in Mankato...selected to the NSIC Spring All-Academic Team. 

2024 Indoor: Finished fourth in long jump with season-best mark of 16' 11.5" at Polar Dog Invite (1/19/24)...was sixth in long jump at Concordia Invite (2/9/24) at 16' 10.75"...placed 10th in pentathlon at Mark Schuck Open (1/26/24) with 2813 points...ranked career-best time of 9.79 seconds in 60-meter hurdles to finish 14th at SDSU Last Chance Invite (2/16/24)...named to NSIC All-Academic Team.

2023 Outdoor:  Participated in six meets during outdoor season...had season-best mark of 35' 7 1/4" in the triple jump at NSIC Outdoor Championships to finish 13th overall...was 14th in long jump at 16' 11 1/2"...finished fourth in long jump at USD Tuneup (5/5/23) with season-best mark of 17' 5 1/2"...placed sixth in triple jump at Central Nebraska Challenge (4/1/23) at 34' 7"...took ninth in long jump at Mount Marty Twilight (4/26/23) with jump of 17' 1 1/4".

2023 Indoor: Competed in long jump and triple jump...placed sixth with season-best mark of 35' 1/4" in triple jump at Concordia Classic (2/3/23)...had season-best second place finish in long jump at 17' 5 1/2" at Concordia Polar Dog Invite (1/21/23)...finished fourth in long jump (16' 6") at Mount Marty Last Chance Invite (2/11/23)...was 19th in triple jump (34' 5") and 23rd in long jump (16' 5 1/4") at NSIC Indoor Championships in Mankato.

High School:  Graduate of Wisner-Pilger High School...four year starter in track and field, three in basketball and two in volleyball...placed in two events as senior at Class C State Track Meet, taking second in long jump (17' 3 1/4") and third in triple jump (36' 1 1/2") while helping team to seventh place finish...also ran legs on 400 and 1600-meter relay teams at state...as a junior placed sixth in triple jump at State Track and also qualified in long jump and 400-meter dash...as a freshman in 2019 finished fourth in triple jump (35'5") and fifth in long jump (16' 6") at State Track...played on two state tournament volleyball teams at Wisner-Pilger (sophomore and senior)...named Class C2 First Team All-State and First Team East Husker Conference in volleyball as a senior.
