2023 Outdoor: Placed seventh in the 10,000-meter run with time of 38:58.98 at NSIC Outdoor Championships in St. Paul, Minnesota...took second in 10,000-meter run with season-best time of 38:49.21 at Emporia State/Midwest Classic (4/23/23)...finished eighth in 5,000-meter run at Central Nebraska Challenge (4/1/23) at 19:09.17...received NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors and NSIC Myles Brand All-Academic With Distinction...voted to College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team.
2023 Indoor: Competed in five of eight meets in distance events...ran career best in the 3000 meter run at the South Dakota Kickoff (1/12/23) earning a first place finish with the time of 11:14.79...had a second career best in the 5000 meter with a time of 18:34.49 at the Minnesota State Massive Meet (2/11/23)...finished 14th in 5000 meter run (18:51.00) at NSIC Indoor Championships (2/25/23).
