2024 Outdoor:  Competed in sprint events during outdoor season...ran career-best time of 24.95 in 200-meter dash and season-best 100-meter dash time of 12.08 seconds at NSIC Outdoor Championships...won the 100-meter dash at the Mount Marty Twilight (4/24/24) with time of 12.17 seconds...was third-place in 100-meter dash with time of 12.25 seconds at Concordia Invite (4/6/24)...took fifth at South Dakota Invite (5/3/24) in 200-meter dash at 25.15 seconds...received NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors.

2024 Indoor: Recorded season-best time of 25.73 seconds to finish 11th in 200-meter dash at NSIC Indoor Championships...also had season-best 7.78 seconds in 60-meter dash to finish 14th in prelims at NSIC Championships...took first place in 200-meter dash (25.95) and was third in 60-meter dash (7.85) at Concordia Invite (2/9/24)...was second in 60-meter dash at Bearcat Invite (2/3/24) in 7.91 seconds...placed second in 60-meter dash (7.98) and third in 200-meter dash (26.67) at Polar Dog Invite (1/19/24)...earned NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors.

2023 Outdoor:  Participated in seven meets during outdoor season...ran leg on eighth place 4 x 100-meter relay team (48.52) at NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/13/23)...also finished 16th in javelin throw (96' 11") and 17th in 100-meter dash (12.54)...had season-bests of 12.36 seconds in the 100-meter dash (fourth) and 108' 1" in the javelin throw (seventh) at USD Tune-up Meet (5/5/23)...finished third in the 100-meter dash at the Sioux City Relays (4/14/23) in 12.51 seconds and at season-opening Wildcat Classic (3/25/23) in 12.60 seconds...was sixth in 100-meter dash (12.49) and seventh in 200-meter dash (25.78) at Central Nebraska Challenge (4/1/23)...earned NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors and was named to College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team.

2023 Indoor:  Ran career-best times of 7.90 seconds in the 60-meter dash and 26.23 seconds in 200-meter dash in prelims at NSIC Indoor Championships in Mankato (2/25-26/23)...finished third in the 200-meter dash (26.46) and 60-meter dash (7.95) at Concordia Polar Dog Invite (1/21/23)...placed second at the Mount Marty Last Chance Invite (2/11/23) and third in Concordia Classic (2/3/23) with identical times of 7.94 seconds...received NSIC Winter All-Academic Team of Excellence honors.

2022 Outdoor: Competed in six meets in sprint events...ran a leg in the 4x100 relay team that placed 12th at the NSIC Outdoor Championships as well as competing in the 100-meter dash with a 12.70 time...finished first in the 100-meter dash with a season best 12.62 time and fourth in the 200-meter dash posting a 27.02 time at the Wildcat Invite (3/25-26/22)...participated in the 4x100 relay team that placed second with a 49.23 time and seventh in the 100-meter dash with a time of 12.58 at the Prairie Wolf Invite (4/28/22).

2022 Indoor: Participated at seven meets in sprint events...ran season-best time of 8.02 seconds in 60-meter dash at Mount Marty/Lancer Last Chance on 2/12/22, placing second in finals at 8.06 seconds...top time in 200-meter dash was 26.48 to place eighth at SDSU Last Chance Invite (2/19/22)...placed fifth in 60-meter dash at USD Alumni Meet (2/5/22) in 8.16 seconds...qualified for the NSIC Indoor Championships (2/25/22) and was 16th in 8.21 seconds.

High School:  Graduate of David City High School...three sport standout in volleyball, basketball and track and field...medaled in three events and was a four-event Class C state qualifier as a senior, placing fourth in the 200-meter dash (26.33), fifth in the 100-meter dash (12.61) while anchoring third place 400-meter relay team (50.61)...holds school records in 100-meter dash (12.48) and 400-meter relay...earned All-Southern Nebraska Conference Second Team honors in volleyball as a senior and was an NCPA Academic All-State honoree in volleyball, basketball and track and field.
