2023 Outdoor:  Ran leg on eighth place 4 x 100-meter relay team (48.52) at NSIC Outdoor Championships...missed finals of 100-meter hurdles by .08 placing 10th overall in 14.94 seconds...took seventh in 100-meter hurdles (16.11) at Mount Marty Twilight (4/26/23) and was eighth at USD Tuneup (5/5/23) in 16.06 seconds...named NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence and voted to College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team.

2023 Indoor:  Posted season-high third place finish in 60-meter hurdles (9.43) at South Dakota Kickoff (1/14/23)...also placed third at Mount Marty Last Chance Invite (2/11/23) in 60-meter hurdles at 9.59 seconds...was 19th at NSIC Indoor Championships (2/25/23) in 60-meter hurdles in 9.79 seconds...ran 60-meter dash at three events and had season-best time of 8.31 seconds at Mount Marty Last Chance Invite...earned NSIC Winter All-Academic Team of Excellence honors.

2022 Outdoor:  Had two event wins in the 100 hurdles, taking first at the Sioux City Relays (4/9/22) in 14.98 seconds and first at the Wildcat Classic (3/26/22) at 15.40...ran personal-best time of 14.93 in 100 hurdles to finish fourth at Prairie Wolf Invite (4/28/22)...took 12th in the 100 hurdles at NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championships in Aberdeen (5/13/22) in 15.23 seconds...also ran leg on 4 x 100 meter relay team that was 12th in 49.93 seconds...received NSIC Spring All-Academic Team of Excellence honors.

2022 Indoor:  Participated in five meets as a hurdler/sprinter...took first place in 60-meter hurdles at Mt. Marty/Lancer Last Chance Meet on 2/12/22 in time of 9.32 seconds and was eighth in 60-meter dash (8.37)...placed 12th in the 60-meter hurdles at NSIC Indoor Championships (2/25/22) in time of 9.12 seconds.

2021 Outdoor:  Competed in sprints and hurdles during outdoor season...took first place in 100 hurdles at Central Nebraska UNK Challenge (4/3/21) with season-best time of 15.08 seconds...was fourth in 100 hurdles at Sioux City Relays (4/16/21) in 15.23 seconds...top 200-meter time was 27.43 seconds at USD Twilight Meet (4/22/21) placing sixth...was 14th in 100 hurdles at NSIC Outdoor Championships in Duluth, Minnesota (5/14/21) with time of 15.22 seconds.

2021 Indoor: Earned eighth place medal in the 60-meter hurdles at NSIC Indoor Championships (2/27/21) with time of 9.08 seconds...placed first in 60-meter hurdles at two meets, running season-best time of 8.94 at Northwest Missouri State Invite (1/30/21) and also took first at WSC Wildcat Invite (1/16/21) with time of 9.19 seconds...ran season-best time of 8.29 second in the 60-meter dash to place sixth at WSC Wildcat Invite.

High School: Graduate of South Sioux City High School...was a three year starter in track and field and volleyball...was the 2019 Class B State Champion in the 100-meter hurdles as a junior (15.00) and a state qualifier in the 300-meter hurdles and 400-meter relay...was a Class A state qualifier in the 100 hurdles as a sophomore and as a freshman qualified in the 1600-meter relay...was an All-River Cities Conference selection in track and field as a sophomore and junior and holds school records in the 100-meter hurdles and 400-meter relay.
