Marty Invite (1/17/26) at 3:10.93...posted fifth place finish in 800-meter run in a time of 2:25.86 at 2026 Concordia Invite (2/14/26)...opened indoor season with fourth place finish at 2:24.33 in 800-meter run at WSC WIldcat Opener (12/5/25)...repeat honoree to NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence.

2025 Outdoor:  Competed at six meets in mid-distance events...ran career-best time of 2:24.80 in 800-meter run at USD Tune-Up Meet (5/3/25) to place third...was fifth in the 800-meter run (2:26.41) at Loper Invite (4/19/25)...season-best time in the 1,500-meter run was 5:12.68 at USD Early Bird Invite (4/5/25)...finished ninth in 800-meter run (2:35.77) at season-opening Wildcat Outdoor Classic (3/28/25)...earned NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors. 

2025 Indoor: Had season-best fifth place finish in one mile run (5:43.38) at WSC Wildcat Open (2/8/25)...had ninth place finish in 1,000 meter run with season best time of 3:18.38 at SDSU Last Chance Invite (2/21/25)...ran career-best time of 2:28.86 in 800 meter run at SDSU Indoor Classic (2/14/25)...received NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors.

2024 Outdoor:  Redshirted

2024 Indoor: Competed at one meet during indoor season...finished fifth in one mile run at SDSU Holiday Open (12/1/23) with time of 5:32.48.

High School:  Graduate of Elkhorn North High School...four-year letter winner in cross country and track and field...was Class B state qualifier as a junior in 1,600-meter run...as a sophomore ran leg on second place 4 x 800 relay team...personal best times are 2:31 in 800 and 5:40 in 1600-meter run...in cross country was a state qualifier as a senior...earned NCPA Academic All-State honors in cross country and track and field twice and is a three-time Academic All-Conference selection.
