2017 Outdoor: Had season best time of 58.83 in the 400-meter dash to place eighth at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays (5/6/17)...placed seventh in the 400-meter dash at the UNK Loper Invite with time of 1:00.77...top 200-meter dash time was 25.79 at the MIAA vs. NSIC Showdown (4/8/17)...named WSC Women's Track Athlete of the Year and was selected to the NSIC Spring All-Academic Team.


2017 Indoor: Participated in sprints during indoor season...earned medal with seventh place with in the 600-meter run (1:38.39) at the NSIC Indoor Championships (2/24/17)...placed fifth at SDSU Holiday Open with season best time of 59.43 in the 400-meter dash...also placed fifth in 400-meter dash at USD Alumni Meet (2/4/17) with time of 1:00.45...top 600-meter run time was 1:37.52 at SDSU Indoor Classic (2/10/17)...selected to NSIC Winter All-Academic Team.

2016 Outdoor:  Ran in all eight meets during outdoor season...just missed placing in the 400 meter dash at NSIC Outdoor Championships taking ninth with time of 1:00.43...ran season-best time of 59.23 in 400 meter dash to place third at Kip Janvrin Open (4/29/16)...posted top time of 26.48 seconds in 200 meter dash to finish fourth at Wildcat Classic (3/22/16) and was fourth in the 400 meter dash (1:00.34).

2016 Indoor:  Competed in sprints at all eight indoor meets...won the 400 meter dash at the Wildcat Open (1/30/16) with season-best time of 1:02.57...had top time of 27.16 in 200 meter dash at Concordia Invite (2/12/16)...placed second in 600 meter run at Minnesota State Open (1/23/16) with time of 1:41.56...finished 13th in 600 meter run at NSIC Indoor Championships (1:46.20) and ran leg on eighth place 4 x 400 meter relay team (4:02.16).

2015 Outdoor: Sat out as a redshirt.

2015 Indoor:  Redshirted

Before Wayne State: Transferred to Wayne State after spending freshman season at Loras College in Iowa and sophomore season at Midland University in Fremont...was an All-Great Plains Athletic Conference selection in the 2014 indoor season, placing eighth in the 400 meter dash...at Loras College during freshman season, ran cross country and track and field...was selected to the All-Iowa Conference Women's Indoor Track Team after running leg on third place distance medley relay team.

High School:  Graduate of Boyer Valley High School in Iowa...during senior season was a Class 1A State Qualifier in two events...was 12th overall in the 400 meter dash with a season-best time of 1:01.40 and took 15th in the 200 meter dash with a season-best time of 27.40 seconds.
